Prepare and review month-end, year-end and physical inventory counts, scrutinize
proper cut-offs in cash sales, accounts receivables, charge invoices, stock tra
nsfers, etc.
Participate and lead effort to minimize loss and ensuring loss prevention guidel
ines are adhered to.
Supervise assigned employees including staff selection and training; planning, a
ssigning and directing work; conducting performance reviews; rewarding and disci
plining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Ensure that employees observe all safety procedures and practices in order to pr
event injuries or damage; schedule periodic safety meetings and solicit recomme
nded changes to improve safety procedures.
