application. Deployed and managed the Nagios monitoring solution for of all of M

Implemented a script to interface the EM to HP OpenView and created Red Hat Pack
age Manager (RPM) to installEMon multiple environments.
Migrated over 3500 SiteScope monitors to Nagios for the Intranet, internet DMZ a

Created web based reports in Perl that parsed the threshold data returned by Nag
ios. This allowed users to view the status of network devices at a high level a
nd keep track of trends in the data.
Programmed Nagios plug-ins using shell scripts, Perl and C to monitor the networ

nt group and the Whitehouse Station site. Designed, developed and deployed the I
ntegration Services run-time applications for all of Merck's computing environme

o application would continue to operate without any downtime.
Designed anddeveloped the Merck Veneer API isolation layer for MQ Series enablin
g interfaces on multiple platforms to communicate using the same interface. The
interface was implemented using C for the IBM mainframe, AS/400, VMS and UNIX en
vironments and Visual C++ for the Windows environment.
Wrote interface between the LIMS and Batch Information Systems (BIS) using Oracl
