hich allowed for more efficient budget preparation and improved the request time
for financial reports from one month to five days.
* Handled all month-end and year-end adjusting entries, which reduced the audito
rs' fieldwork from 4 weeks to 2 weeks and reduced the audit cost by 30%, without
an audit exception any of those years.
* Responsible for the preparation and management of Marbles' $6 million budget a
nd produced increased budget surpluses each year.
