utative class representatives. Prepared fact and expert witnesses, including sc
ientists, economists and medical professionals, for deposition and trial. Defen
ded depositions of key executives and experts; coordinated expert witness testim
ony for multiple related actions; drafted expert reports.
Drafted motions, including motions to dismiss, and summary judgment, discovery a
nd Daubert motions, as well as motions in opposition to same; drafted motions in

* Karim v. Natural Stone Industries, Inc., et al.: Represented defendant in per
sonal injury action arising from construction accident. Developed strategy; par
ticipated in discovery conferences and negotiations; prepared discovery motions.
Supervised discovery and coordinated efforts of diverse expert witnesses and p
rivate investigators; took depositions; participated in mediations; prepared dir
ect examination and cross-examination outlines for all trial witnesses.
* Lorillard Tobacco Company: Defended Lorillard Tobacco Company in numerous per
