plements and received FAA approval by the FAA for two of the modifications. Nego
tiated contracts for three major engine repairs and gross weight increase. Resul
ts were 50% reduction in all major engine repairs and a 33% reduction in cost of
gross weight modification. Developed maintenance schedules. Supervised a staf
f of 6 full-time and part-time employees.
