Business Development
* Successfully sold and consulted to over 100 Fortune 500 companies worldwide on
network design and analysis, security services (vulnerability, ethical hacking
and PCI), strategic consulting, data center transformation/relocation services,
and disaster recovery/business continuity planning (business impact analysis, st
rategy/gap analysis, plan development and testing).
* Developed new business relationships with new and existing customers by findin
g innovative methods of extending and re-developing the relationships. Often th
is was done by finding new leverage points for technical needs by designing and
developing the solution, and then closing the new relationship.
* Provided business development and negotiated a shared revenue model with Bell
Canada to restructure the Datapac network in Canada to support a majority of the
financial transactions in the country. This network transported over 150 milli
on transactions per month.
* Managed a multi-million dollar P&L that was profitable in Year One.
* Sold, designed, and managed lottery systems in California, Canada, and Taiwan.
Project Management
* Managed multiple concurrent, multi-million dollar projects that spanned the gl
obe for development and implementations of technical solutions.
* Managed the migration of 25 data centers down to three for the largest financi
al processor in the world. This required knowledge of the environment, technica
l specifications of all components, and leveraging experience to foresee and rec

Strategic Consulting
* Operated at a strategic-level for a large multi-national corporation reporting
into senior management, CIO and CEO to provide guidance on current and future o
perations and direction, as well as provided financial analysis and how to reduc

* Managed a multinational team of over 60 technical staff residing around the gl

* Extended relationships with most of the financial industry including American
Express, MasterCard, and VISA, First Data, Deluxe Data, HSBC, OCBC, Bank of Chin

* Successfully implemented network and operational solutions for hundreds of ret
ailers including Home Depot, Best Buy, Sears, WalMart, and dozens of others arou

Technical Consulting
* Redesigned the infrastructure and architecture for all technical departments a
t the largest financial processor in the world supporting over 44 billion transa
ctions per year. This new design will allow information to be managed better, r
esulting in improved problem resolution and the ability to track interdependenci
es between applications and systems.
* Co-author of RFC 1795 & RFC 2232 with representatives from IBM, Cisco, 3Com, a
nd other leading industry communication companies.
* Developed the Legacy/TCP Gateway, a unique industry product, that was installe
d and operated many networks to bridge from legacy serial to TCP/IP. Led projec
t from identification of product demand in the industry, architecture of the pro
duct, through development of the product and successful introduction to the mark
