Developed a new streamlined permitting process that improves operational flexib
ility and accuracy of permit applications reduced cycle time by 20% and improved
data accuracy by relying on one system instead of many.
Modeled greenhouse gases using EPA and Canadian approved methods for arid clima
tes which demonstrated evidence that lead strategic project adjustments saving t
he Air Force close to a million dollars by canceling methane capture projects at

than one year at the large 5000 employee manufacturing site, five months before

Over a seven year period of Managing the Pollution Prevention Team, normalized
organic emissions were reduced by 65% and hazardous air pollutants by 93% by use
of measures the team successfully implemented.
Created the first Design for the Environment training program within Boeingas D
efense Unit, and is now the standard used at all Defense and Satellite sites. A

Co-chair of the Environmental Manager committee at Boeing which developed all t

rom six weeks to push button reports. Managed all EHS data management systems,
and also worked to develop various corporate systems.

Experienced five agency inspections and four corporate audits with no findings
