Right now I am working in Bajaj Allianz life Insurance as a Sr. Training Manager(Area),
Orissa-1.

I am conducting all training fraternity in my cluster, supervising 7 branch Trainer’s. I am

regularly track them and giving feedback of theirs performance and I am also patronizing the
training facilitation to all Branch Heads and BDM in all my cluster. Prior to that I was working
as Branch Training Manager in Bhubaneswar Branch. My job role was to give training to
Insurance Sales officer and Business Development manager. The main objective in DMC is to
activate the ISO and focusing about Quick start. Coordinating the training programme of HNI
LG. I have completed Leadership Management Programme from Zonal Training Academy
and also completed online E-Learning company etiquette and customer service programme from
Bajaj Allianz successfully. Year 2010-11 I have completed Leadership & Advance Leadership
Programee from Learning & Development Team for Future leader. From this FY including DMC
Training I am also looking the training for Bancassurance & corporate division.

Apart from Training, from nov’09 I have been looking the sales of Bhadrak Branch in absence of
B.M. I am handing 5 BDMS, 13 ISOs & more than 50 LGs. In last Fy 2009-10 Bhadrak Branch
become 5th position in pan India doing 1 crore 50 Lacks. One BDM qualified to ABM & 2 BDMs
promoted as Sr. BDM.

From 2006 to june 2007 I have been working in Icici Prudential Life Insurance as a Trainer. My
job was to train the Insurance Advisor and Business Partner in all location of Orissa. I have also
trained to Unit Manager in refresher classes. Prior that I was also doing sales in Icici pru Life as
an Advisor. I have achieved the Silver & Gold club members.

Drug Inventory Management System:

Job Role:
I was working as an system Engineer cum Implementation In charge in Drug Inventory
Management System( SDMU) under Director of Health & Family Welfare Department, Govt.
Orissa. I was looking 43 System In charge In 30 Head Quarter Hospital Staffs and Medical
Colleges also. Main job was to give them feedback, monitoring them regarding in and out of
Medicine stock dealing with suppliers, making the indent and monitoring the stock and balance
of store medicines and give suggestion regarding emergency etc. Tender Processing for Small
Scale frims as well as for outside firms was main priority. I had been doing the total tender
processing work of Health & FW department of orissa Govt. 120 companies are participating in
tender processing. My job role was to visit all the District & Medical Colleges warehouses at
regular basis to verify the Inward & Outward of Drugs & Surgical Items from System And also
take an appointment with CDMO & Store Medical Officer for discussing the overall Stock
balance of this warehouse etc.
