SAMPLE OF PROJECT DELIVERABLES

Test Lab Relocation: Reviewed and closed out
all open tests. Expedited WIP and continued
with production testing. Disassembled testing
machinery and prepped for shipment.
Successfully bridged the gap in personnel and
equipment during department relocation.
Fireproof/Resistance Test Facilities Rebuild:
Technicians working in conjunction with design
engineers. Directed complete remodel of
explosion-proof test room and technician
control station. Custom built burner unit and
test apparatus to AIR1377. Rewired and
installed new control panel, sensors,
actuators, and fuel supply/return lines.
Configured a 32 channel DAQ recorder to
monitor GPMs, BTUs, pressure, and temperatures
exceeding 2000F. Conducted preliminary
quality testing to AS1055. Rebuild improved
performance to tighter tolerances; allowing
system recalibration at the time of testing,
and improving operation and ease of use to a
single operator.
OMA Braider installation: Assisted in the
installation of high-speed OMA braiders.
Developed and refined prototype setups to meet
product qualification runs. Produced
operational information for drafting operator
MESs and SOPs. Co-authored setup technician
reference guide. Trained new technicians in
setup and diagnostic techniques. Installation
produced record levels of production with 100%
more output obtained, while utilizing 30% less
staff and labor hours.
SA500 Prototype and Testing: New product line
designed to meet the unique needs of the
Airbus A380 family of aircraft. 8-year
involvement in product development. Mastered
the braided prototype. Worked closely with
manufacturing engineers to achieve proper
dimensions and convert stainless steel wire
braiders; producing a high quality Kevlar(R)
product. Performed qualification testing at
temperatures ranging from -65F to 275F and
pressures exceeding 5,080 psi. 60% of the
product sizes achieved qualification to
AS5951, AS1975, AS1339 and ABS1335.
SA101-5 Failure Analysis/Retest: 90 day, 24/7
continuous testing. Retested 5 years of
product to 4 times the industry standard.
Results where duplicated and repeatable with
root cause in assembler error. Outcome allowed
engineering to implement a CAPA, preventing a
million dollar product recall and product
discontinuance.
