Develop and maintain all company policies and procedures in coordination with S

l licensing applications including corporate office, any branch offices, and all
required personnel
Prepare and process all annual reports, volume reports, assessments for all lic
ensing authorities
Coordinate all continuing education with various regulatory authorities and mai
ntain all records
Maintain all company contracts and working agreements
Apply for and maintain all required Fidelity and Surety Bonds
Apply for and maintain all required Errors & Omissions insurance

Responsibilities included:
producing a daily rate sheet for our loan originators, this includes continual
monitoring of the Mortgage-Backed Securities market and updating the daily rate
sheets as necessary;
assisting loan originators with the pricing of their particular scenarios and d
irecting them to the best investor for their borrowers circumstances;
being the primary contact for each investor as they interact with AmeriFund Mor
tgage and our loan originators;
reviewing/recommending/ completing/submitting all Broker applications to invest
ors that AmeriFund seeks to do business with (the review process includes a risk
assessment based on the language in the application documents);
applying for/maintaining/updating all state licenses for AmeriFund (including t
he acquisition and maintenance of the necessary Surety Bonds, Error & Omissions
Insurance, and Fidelity policies);
assisting loan originators with meeting the required continuing education requi
rements and license renewal processes;
conducting quality control reviews of all closed loan files and notifying loan
originators and/or loan processors when the necessary documentation does not mee
t minimum regulatory requirements;
assisting in the preparation of all required files and requested information fo
r inspection by state financial regulation auditors;
coordinating and monitoring day-to-day FACT Act compliance and managing all asp
ects of the AmeriFund Red Flag Identity Theft program;
office management of loan officers and loan processors when the President is ou
t of the office;
assisting in the evaluation/ recommendation/installation/maintenance of office
and computer hardware/software;
acquiring and maintaining office supplies;
general bookkeeping duties, including bank deposits, bill paying, data entry an
d record maintenance using Quicken and Excel;
preparing and submitting the company payroll to a third-party payroll service t
wice monthly;
coordinating the information, and collection of fees, of employees participatin
g in the company group health insurance and 401k plans, as well as submitting ne
w applicant information or cancellation of participation requests.

Responsibilities included many of the same duties listed above except for those
dealing with general bookkeeping and payroll. Also assisted Joyce Melbourne, Pr
esident of CMCI, in the start-up and operations of AmeriFund Mortgage. (On May
23, 2005, AmeriFund bought all the stock, cashed out all the stockholders, and a
ssumed all of CMCI's debts, assets and personnel.)
