Sr. Marketing Director: Responsible for the marketing, budgeting, operations and
staffing/sales for three master-planned residential communities with homes rang
ing from $200s to more than $1 million. Responsible for corporate branding and
communications.
Notable Achievement: Generated over 200 home sales for $61 million at the Macki
ntosh on the Lake community in Burlington, NC. As a start-up community, it com
manded more than 13 percent of the new homes sales in the marketplace with an av
erage sales price of more than $100,000 above the market average.

builder team in a Cary neighborhood where a national builder had just left. W
ithin the six-week period 12 of the 16 homes sold for a total dollar volume of $
4.8 million. The promotion won recognition on a local and national level that y
ear. The promotion won a MAME award that year.
