Responsibilities:
Wire and test Vacuum Interrupters, which act as circuit breakers, for high volta
ge switches (up to 70kv and up to 600amps).
Wire and test motors and switches with computerized controllers.
Wire and test power and current transformers (up to 7kv)
Assist engineers with testing and simulations.
Keep track of inventory with the use of the companys intranet.
Assemble and wire junction boxes, motors, and switch enclosures using schematics
, mechanical drawings and wiring diagrams.
Troubleshoot and repair to board level.

Responsibilities:
Test circuit boards and assemblies the company manufactures for its vendors.
Trouble shoot and diagnose units that we manufacture that dont function accordin
g to the vendors specifications.
Trouble shoot and diagnose units that are returned for repair by our vendors.
Inspect PCBs down to the component level for defects in quality.
Remove and replace components that are defective, through hole as well as surfac
e mount parts.
Assemble cabinets and enclosures that contain Circom manufactured PCBs and wire
harnesses.
Program Eproms, Pal ,Gal, and PLCCs for our circuit boards and for vendor use.
Write test procedures for new products.

Assist engineers with test procedure set up and operation.
Create error reports and log sheets that document how well a unit performs , and
the frequency of failures.
Program and operate the PVA coating machine, mix coating solutions used and test
for viscosity per vendor specifications.
