ell as the installation of the same equipment on-site for repowering of two 300M
W at the Northside Generating Station. Duties included witness testing of motors
at the shop, uncoupled and coupled run in at the plant, QA and QC alignments an
d installations of pumps, motors, fluid drives and fans. Provided owners accepta
nce for the coupled and coupled run-ins and made recommendations for improvement
over original design to increase the reliability and longevity of the equipment
.

nt of sole plates on limestone blowers, bed ash blowers and seal pot blowers, Pr
ovided oversight for the refurbishment of main steam turbine valves, control val
ves and combined reheat valves.
a Performed vibration data collection and analysis of rotating equipment and dia
gnosis of problems such as soft foot, looseness, imbalance, and misalignment. As
sisted in the set up of vibration collection routes for the water and waste wate
r departments. This required interface with Plant Engineers, Managers, Maintenan
