CAREER OBJECTIVE:

To take challenging opportunity where I can work, contribute my technical skills as

a engineer and also learn for gaining knowledge which will help for doing work in
R&D Activity.

CAREER SUMMARY:

More than ELEVEN years progressively responsible professional work experience

through doing various types of construction projects on Indian exposure conditions
in the field of Quality Control Department and also having work experience as a
Geotechnical Engineer. So my basic experience is based on Concrete technology
and Soil mechanics disciplines.

At present I have been working in M/s SIMPLEX INFRASTRUCTURES LIMITEDas

a Senior Project MANAGER (QC Dept) for the project of construction of
DIESEL LOCO COMPONENT FACTORY AT DANKUNI ,WESTBENGAL . I have
joined on 05th FEBURARY,2011 in this ORGANISATION.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
Master of Engineering in CIVIL Engineering (Soil Mechanics and Foundation
Engineering) from Gauhati University with 72.33% of marks in June, 1999.

Degree of Bachelor of Engineering-CIVIL from University of North Bengal

(Jalpaiguri Govt.Engg.College) with 70.00% of marks in 1994.
Professional Experience:
• Responsible for selection of concrete mix proportions(mix design) for various
grades of concrete including high performance concrete, pavement quality
concrete and dry lean concrete for concrete road pavement.

• Knowledge of concrete with different cementatious’ material such as Fly ash,

silica fume etc.

• Responsible for production of concrete as per desired criteria - satisfactory in

its fresh and hardened state of concrete and concreting operations in various
weather conditions.

• Knowledge of testing of fresh concrete and hardened concrete-Analysis of

strength test results interpreted in statistical terms and repair of cracks on
concrete structures as well as on the selection o f materials.

• Responsible for selection and approval of ingredients of concrete by doing

testing, analysis and preparing reports.

• Experienced as a”Material Engineer”for the construction of ‘Concrete

Pavement’.

• Worked as a Geotechnical engineer in the Central Laboratory- Activities:

Preparation of test reports, Consultancy reports based on Geotechnical
aspects and also responsible for writing and analysis of papers published on
different journals under guidance of Dr.R.K.Katti.

• Preparation of Quality Plan and program as per conditions of Contract,

Experience in the management of site quality control and Co-ordination with
consultants and clients.

• Responsible for conducting training sessions for implementation and

improvement and also responsible for facing quality audits.
