    Great Lakes Habitat Coastal and Estuarine Land


    Restoration Program Conservation Program
    The Great Lakes Habitat Restoration Program plans, The Coastal and Estuarine Land Conservation Program
    implements, and funds coastal habitat restoration (CELCP) provides state and local governments with
    throughout the Great Lakes Region. Projects include matching funds to purchase significant coastal lands.
    providing financial and technical assistance to remove GLRI-funded CELCP projects will protect wetlands and
    dams and barriers, construct fish passage, clean up other important coastal habitats, reduce coastal water
    marine debris, restore coastal wetlands, and remove pollution, and provide the public with access to Great Lakes
