Job Description • Providing executive-level support to the President for managing


and coordinating the technical, managerial and administrative functions
of entire Indian operations
• Demonstrating a high degree of professionalism, initiative and
independence in supporting the President on a wide variety of technical,
managerial and administrative issues
• Assisting the President in the timely management of all
communication, both written and via telephone, e-mail etc with a variety
of constituents; compose letters and statements independently,
implementation of policies, rules and regulations and monitoring follow
up with all stakeholders that require answers, responses and written
replies
• Preparing the materials for meetings as appropriate;
• Coordinate appointments, meetings and speaking engagements
for the President as designated
• Helping plan and coordinating visits to distinguished project sites;
help plan and coordinate the preparation of such event as necessary
• Obtaining background information on emerging issues, as desired
• Writing reports and preparing executive summaries of lengthy
reports
• Monitoring and reporting the progress on all projects as per the
execution status in consultation with respective Regional
Heads/Departments. Follow up crucial issues with respective Heads.
• Preparing presentations on key aspects on project progress and
facilitating prompt effective communication and action with internal and
external agencies.
• Tracking project progress, preparing MIS reports. Prepare/Assist
in Business Reviews / Dash Board. Appraising President on key
issues/findings.
• To represent President for any internal and external matters &
meetings and prepare Minutes of meetings. Drafting of correspondence
and preparation of agenda and executive summaries and maintaining
extensive office files
• To assist President for data sourcing & analysis for various
objectives.
• Handling all information including confidential ones which would
have immediate impact on the company operations, performance, or
value if shared beyond its intended audience
• Using initiative to handle a wide variety of administrative support
duties, managing complex calendars, arranging meetings/travel
