1. Footer---notation at the bottom of the page which may be configured to print

on all pages and may contain the name of document, author, date or page
numbers.

2. aspect ratio---The ratio of height and width of a graphical element

3. Tab---a predefined location that allows the cursor to jump quickly to those
positions when this key is pressed on the keyboard.

4. multi-level list---an outline formatted list that includes sublists designated by

a another numbering format

5. markup---highlighting portions of the document or inserting comments into

the document

6. hanging indent---a paragraph setting allowing the first line to extend to the
left more than the subsequent lines.

7. Header---notation at the top of the page which may be configured to print on

all pages which may contain information like name of document, author, date

8. fields---Name of a column in a table or database

9. rows---A horizontal collection of associated attribute information for an

object, or place, idea, etc. Each attribute is stored in a separate cell.
