PARENTS DURING PARTIES?

SHOULD our parents attend the party we are going to attend? It’s a question which comes up all too often. In my
opinion, the answer may be a “NO”.

Usually, a parent will arrive at a party with their invited child and not want to leave their child alone. But, they must
bear in mind that the children are safe in the friend’s house. Besides, they are also not invited together with their
children for the party.

Suffice to say if teens are quite accustomed to being away from their parents for a few hours at a time they will
probably prefer that their parents will not be there so they can be themselves without feeling like they are being
watched.

But, it doesn’t mean that parents are banned from coming to our friend’s house. They can still come and meet the
parents and then leave us there.

In my opinion, parents should avoid the party as some children may feel uncomfortable when there is the presence of
adults. This dulls the party and the teens will not enjoy the party. They will not be themselves with the presence of
adults.

On top of that, it will be weird when teenagers bring along their parents whereas the rest of the teens don’t. This is
because the party is organised to have fun with friends and not to spend time with parents. So, it’s better for
teenagers to go to the party without their parents.

There are alternative ways for parents to spend time while waiting for the party to finish.

Parents can opt to go to a nearby shopping complex. They can purchase groceries. They can also go for a brisk walk
at the park, which can soothe and relax their mind. Meanwhile, mothers can go home and do laundry or take a nap.
But they must make sure that they do not stay at that party.

To put it in a nutshell, I think that parents should not be allowed to stay on during parties as they may influence the
mood of a party. Therefore, parents should drop their children at the venue and pick them up when the party is over. -

When luxury comes with a hefty price tag

WELL, luxury cars such as Porsche, Audi, Lexus, and Jaguar really cost big bucks. Perhaps it’s the price that gives it
the “luxury” feel.
The number of people who own and drive these cars is smaller than those who opt for the less “classier” models.
So it is generally viewed that only the uber-rich can afford luxury cars.

The fact that luxury cars come with a limited edition tag only adds to the appeal.

Who wouldn’t want to ease into those plush interiors and take a spin on the wild side? Now if you intended to buy a
luxury car or just got to take a spin in one or even gazed at it in awe as it whizzed past, you would no doubt have
secretly echoed the words of the poet John Keats: “A thing of beauty is a joy forever.” EXTERIOR DESIGN The body
of the classy car is usually designed in a special way that it fulfils all the features wished for by the customer,
including safety. For instance, the spoiler at the back of the car is also a mind-blowing feature as it gives a super
classy look to the respective cars. Imagine speeding on the road with this spoiler (part of a car) and have others open
their jaws as wide as they can.

Besides, the paint used on these cars is not the normal type used on other cars. These paints are made especially for
the luxury cars. Of course they cost a lot more.

The paint is usually made such that it is water repellent and can withstand all kinds of weather and climatic
conditions. The car’s body will also last longer as the paint can prevent rust and spots, giving it that rich, glossy look
that makes it recognisable anywhere.

INTERIOR DESIGNS AND FEATURES A branded luxury car comes with high quality leather seats which are
spacious and comfortable so you can really enjoy your journey. There is also a power seat which enables you to
adjust the seat by lowering, raising or tilting them. Other than that, high definition and branded radio systems are also
available, which enables you to listen to melodious songs and enjoy catchy and thumbs-up movies on television.

Other safety features also exist. There’s a GPS system, a programme to detect the car when it is stolen or reported
missing, an airbag system, head restraints, anti-lock break system (abs) and seat belts. A given in luxury cars. So

ENGINE Besides having an amazing design, these classy cars also come with increased horse power engines for
additional power, for that smooth and better acceleration, especially when going up a steep mountain or rocky hill.
Less fuel consuming engine is also one of the main features that customers who buy luxury cars can look forward to.
This means a longer journey on a full tank. That’s definitely going to help with budgeting when it comes to allocation
for fuel.

In a nutshell, there are ample criteria or features in luxurious cars that make customer fall in love with the likes of the
Lamborghini, Jaguar and Cadillac. But, we must bear in mind that buying the car alone isn’t all that needs
consideration. We must ensure that we take good care of the car. So, regular maintenance and upkeep is vital to
enhancing the driving experience.
