sitions, added functionality and new reporting requirements, encompassing 36 ope
rational departments, 10+ product lines, 6 companies and 3 brands.
* Took over stalled ERP implementation and guided it to successful completion in
30 days.
* Consistently drove Lean initiatives and process improvements; reduced primary
journal entry processing from 16 hours to 30 minutes and achieved 3-day GL close
