Anastasia de Waal is the Director of Family and Education at Civitas, Chair of Parentline Plus, Womens Parliamentary Radio board member and an Observer panellist Dr Samantha Callan is a research and policy expert on family relationships, and chaired the Family Law Review and Early Years Commission for the Centre for Social Justice. Ayesha Vardag, recently named Britains Top Divorce Lawyer, represented Granatino in the Radmacher v Granatino case. Andrew Meehan is a specialist divorce lawyer and regular media commentator on pre-nuptial agreements.

To Superinjunct or not to Superinjunct - 20 September 2011 This debate will tease apart the issues raised by so-called super injunctions, anonymity orders and tweeting. How should Parliament and the courts tread the line between privacy and the public interest in the age of viral social media? Social Care: Law and Regulation in Crisis? A rapidly aging population and increased pressure on public finances has arguably pushed an already overburdened social care system to breaking point. If the measure of a civilised society is the standard of care we afford the most vulnerable, are we falling short? With recent media revelations of an abuse culture within the care system - and serious issues with the private sector provision of care - we discuss the challenges the system is currently facing and plans for reform of both law and regulation.
