SO HOW WILL IT WORK?

Tickets: Tickets will be 20,000 Won. Customers will receive tickets from the ticket table, which will be located in the alley near Indigo at 1 P.M, and near the Church in Kyeongnidan at 3 P.M. The ticket will have a map with each restaurant on it. Volunteers will punch out the restaurant from the ticket, and after that, the customer will receive their samples. They are allowed to basically receive one sample from the vendor and one sample from the restaurant (if there are any). This is also the time to direct people to your marketing material if you have any. Volunteers: almost every location will have a volunteer on hand to help out with set-up, break-down, and ticket punching. The volunteers will also talk to you before-hand to learn about the foods and drink specials available that day in case you get swamped. Give them any information you think is necessary. Reimbursal: again, if you are only doing samples, we will be reimbursing you based on what you are bringing. If you need to go over our reimbursal limits, bring the receipt. If you are selling your wares, thats fine, but theres no reimbursal. Also, think carefully about your pricing. The tickets are 20, restaurants will be doing some selling of their own, and its a recession . Reimbursal will happen at After Party 2. Speak to us at After Party 1 if you cant make it.
