RESEARCH STUDY PREPARED

December 2010 THE EFFECTS OF PORTABLE SENSOR-BASED HEAT COMPRESSOR ON MENSTRUAL CRAMPS OF PATIENT HAVING DYSMENORRHEA Conducted a study about the effectivity in application of heat and experimented with the most substantial amount of heat that can be pressed off on menstrual cramps to relieve the effects of dysmenorrhea. A device was constructed with an objective of showing efficiency of using an electronics compressor with aproximity sensor. 40G OPTICAL TRANSPORT: CONTINUATION OF EVOLUTION FOR TRANSMISSION TECHNOLOGY A case study presented during the on-the-job training where evolving optical transport technologies were discussed and analyzed along with the recommendations about the migration of the Philippine locality from 10G DWDM to 40G technology.
