Introduction new range of 18K & 24K Estrella (R410A) Model in Hiwall Category

Purpose: - This bulletin is introducing new range of 18K & 24K Estrella R410A
Model. Currently we are full system import of 18K Estrella Hi wall with 5 Star rating & 22k Estrella Hiwall with 4 star rating are having R22 as refrigerant. Now Hiwall developed with R410a refrigerant having 18k & 22k in 5Star range.Estrella R410a model delivers high energy efficiency to m eet the BEE regulation requirem ent.

Notes: Always change filter drier whenever compressor is replaced. Always refer installation manual before installation of R410a Estrella Model. For additional length of interconnecting tube thickness & gas qty please refer above mentioned table. Due to R410a refrigerant system pressure will be high, it is recommended to use factory authorized parts only.

Troubleshooting Tips for Error codes (Indoor Unit) :Codes E1 Problem EEROM error Solution 1. Shut off the power supply and turn on it 5s later. 2. If the problem comes out again then replace the main PCB of indoor unit. 1. Unplug the power cord and plug it after 2 seconds. 2. If the problem remains then replace the main PCB of indoor unit. 1. Shut off the power supply and turn on it 5s later. 2. Turn off the unit, rotate the blower & check whether it rotates freely? 3. Check whether indoor fan motor connections are good? 4. If the problem comes out again then replace the indoor PCB 1. Check if the operation condition is normal especially the outdoor unit? 2. Check whether wiring is as per the outdoor powering wiring diagram. 1. Check the connections between the sensors and the PCB. 2. Are these connections good? 3. Replace the corresponding sensor and check if the errors happen again? 4 If the problem comes out again then replace the indoor PCB
