PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Aim of the project is to maintain all the details(like currently assigned doctor, hospital branch name, all the reports of the Patient and the medicines so far given by the doctors), status of the Patient and the Patient can able to view his/her health status from the mobile by connecting to the hospital database. This software is mainly used for hospital administrators/doctors and the Patients (OP/IP) as well. Here the hospital management will maintain a centralized database to assist their doctors and Patients.

Existing system: currently all hospitals using one record book to maintain all the details and reports of the Patient. This becomes much burden to the Patient to bring that record every time

he visit the hospital and to know about his/her health status ,the Patient has to come visit the hospital and then only he can able to know the health status. Proposed system: in the proposed system the Patient/hospital no need to maintain the record book rather the Patient has to maintain one username and password given by the hospital while registering. By using the user name and password the Patient can able to get all the details/status of his/her health. Modules:

Super Admin: 1 Super admin can add a new admin(branch) or if he wants he can remove the existing branch 2 He can visit the branch details and check the address and phone numbers of the administrators 3 He can open any branch and get the list of doctors and patients available at that branch 4 Super admin can get the reports about the bill payments done at every branch and every patient 5 He can get the different feed back from the different branch patients about the working of that branch.

Admin: 1 Admin/hospital staff can issue the new user ids whenever a patient admitted in the hospital. 2 And the admin can able to change the patient details up on the request of the patient. 3 Admin can able to access every thing in the application like (add a doctor, nurse, assistant and patient) etc. 4 He can able to view all reports (patient, Bill payments and medical) regarding the how many patients are admitted and how many are discharged.

3) Patients: 1. Patient can admit in to the hospital through registration process. 2. After registration patient will get an User ID instead of medical report book. 3. Through that User Id all the patient details can be stored in the hospital database by the respective staff/doctor/admin. 4. Patients can able to know their health status form the windows mobile. 5. Patients can the details like, who is the references doctor and appointment etc.

4) Bill Payments: 1. Patient can pay all the like Lab reports, medical, Room rent and Service charge etc. 2. In case of inpatient the system maintains all the dues/pending bills. 3. The system checks all the dues when the patient is discharging.

5) Reports:

1. In this module the system generates all the following reports. 1.1) 1.2) 1.3) 1.4) 1.5) Patients reports. Medical reports Bill Reports Patients discharge reports. Doctors report etc.
