INTRODUCTION:

NARANASAN nyo na ba ang magising na, dilat na ang mata, gising na ang diwa, ginising na, pero ayaw bumangon sa higaan? Ang magtulug-tulugan? Tamad-tamaran? Kung gaano po ito katotoo sa ating buhay, ganyan din ang kalagayang espiritwal ng maraming mananampalataya ngayon. Sa pagdiriwang ng inyong anibersaryo, ano nga ba ang mensahe ng Diyos at atin bilang Kanyang Katawan.
PRAY: Father in heaven we thank you for your greatness in our lives. We thank you for the gift of music, the songs , the melodies and harmony of the sounds that delighted Your Spirit and let Your Holy Presence rest in our midst. Even this time that our hearts are tuned in to You, ready to hear your message, Your Words of exhortation, of reproof and instruction. We pray most Gracious Father that the power of the Holy Spirit will move and touch our hearts today and enable us to understand your message with humility. Lord Jesus, just as you are the Head of this body, we ask You to preside over us and speak powerfully to your people. Let Your Words today enlighten every darkened mind, set every oppressed free, correct, rebuke and encourage your disciples so that everyone of us here will revere Your powerful Name.

We throw you out in the bottom of the sea and there await your judgement. We let loose in our midst the Spirit of the Living God to dispense blessings, gifts and richness of your Holy Presence to fill and consume every heart surrendered to you right now. We ask you Lord to protect us from lies and deception and take captive every thought and make us obedient to You and the Word of Your grace. Hide your lowly servant behind You and glorify only Yourself Jesus. This we pray with thanksgiving in the name of Jesus our Lord by the power of the Holy Spirit, Amen.

(NIV) ZION The church in the wilderness as described by Stephen in Acts 7:38 Acts 7:38 38 This is he, that was in the church in the wilderness with the angel which spake to him in the mount Sinai, and with our fathers: who received the lively oracles to give unto us: (KJV)

Today, para po ito sa atin because we are God s children, we are church, the body of Christ, the people of God.
ARISE means To awaken, to wake up from slumber. An exhortation for the church to wake up To rise up (in the state of affliction or calamity) Implies the church is slain, lying down, nakabagsak, lugmok

Ano nga ba ang kalagagayan ng Zion noon? Why did God proclaim this message among them ? Bakit ipinahayag ng Diyos ang mensaheng ito sa Kanyang bayan? Dahil kailangan ng kanyang bayan ang revival, deliverance and awakening!

There was no intercessor in their nation. 3. They were very religious, pray and fast yet sila ay mga mandaraya, do as they please, exploit workers, enslaving a fellow Israelite, quarrelling, nagsasakitan. Isa 58:3-5 3 'Why have we fasted,' they say, 'and you have not seen it? Why have we humbled ourselves, and you have not noticed?' "Yet on the day of your fasting, you do as you please and exploit all your workers. 4 Your fasting ends in quarreling and strife, and in striking each other with wicked fists. You cannot fast as you do today and expect your voice to be heard on high. 5 Is this the kind of fast I have chosen, only a day for a man to humble himself? Is it only for bowing one's head like a reed and for lying on sackcloth and ashes? Is that what you call a fast, a day acceptable to the LORD? (NIV) 4. Hindi acceptable sa Panginoon ang isang araw lang na kabanalan! Tuwing Friday o tuwing araw lang ng pagsamba babait, (kung minsan nga, kahit sa loob ng church ay maligalig, nang -aaway pa) pagkatapos ay anim na araw na sinungaling, madaya, malupit, mapanirang puri, mapang-api sa kapwa. At sasabihing trabaho lang. Isa 59:9-10 9 So justice is far from us, and righteousness does not reach us. We look for light, but all is darkness; for brightness, but we walk in deep shadows. 10 Like the blind we grope along the wall, feeling our way like men without eyes. At midday we stumble as if it were twilight; among the strong, we are like the dead. (NIV) 5. Nangangapa sa dilim, lupaypay, walang lakas, natutumba. Hindi ba ganito rin ang marami s a mga kristiyano ngayon? Konting problema bagsak! May nakatampuhan lang ayaw nang dumalo, mapagtanim ng galit sa kapwa, mabilis gumanti pag nagawan ng hindi maganda. 6. At ang mas masaklap.. they never mourned for their own sins and the sins of the people! Wala nang namimighati kapag gumagawa ng kasalanan ang bayan. Hindi ba ganyan din sa maraming mga iglesya ngayon? Kapag may nalamang nagkasala o nadapa, sa halip na ipanalangin, iiyak sa Panginoon, ginagawang ulam dahil pinag uusap an sa oras ng meryanda, hapunan, pinagtatawanan, hinuhusgahan sa halip na paalalahanan. Nakikita ng Panginoonang kawalan natin ng pag-ibig sa ating kapwa. 7. Kaya sinabi ng Panginoon sa kanyang mensahe Arise! Bumangon kayo. Hindi dapat ganyan ang inyong pamumuhay. Hindi dapat lupaypay, at madalim . FOR YOUR LIGHT HAS COME! 8. Sabi ng Panginoon in Isaiah 57:15 Isa 57:15 15 For this is what the high and lofty One says-- he who lives forever, whose name is holy: "I live in a high and holy place, but also with him who is contrite and lowly in spirit, to revive the spirit of the lowly and to revive the heart of the contrite.(NIV)

Kung tayo ay magpapakumbaba sa kanyan harapan, magsisisi, babalik sa Panginoon. g Remember who the Lord your God is The Repairer of Broken Walls, Restorer of Streets (Isa58:12) 10. Therefore, He can restore our broken walls kaya nakapasok ang kaaway dahil bagsak ang ating defenses, nawala ang proteksyon ng Panginoon sa ating buhay because of our willful disobedience. But God, in His great love and mercy, is reaching out to you and me today saying I will revive your spirit, I will revive your heart! Patitibukin ko ulit ang iyong puso! Amen?PTL!
SHINE HOW ?

How can you shine? You cannot shine without light! Shining means to reflect light! Walang sariling ganda ang kahit na anong makinang na bagay, not even precious stones like diamonds. It is only by reflecting the beauty of light, the wide spectrum of colors do they become beautiful, awesome and valuable. Same thing for us! Without the True Light, we cannot shine. Without Jesus, The One True Light, we cannot shine! John 8:12 12 When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, "I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life." (NIV) See, Jesus is The Light of the World! And because we belong to Him, He share with us that identity when He said in Matt 5:14 "You are the light of the world. (NIV)
SHINE WHAT ? Anong uri ng kaningningan? Gaano kaningning? MATTHEW 13:43 Shine like the sun in the kingdom of the Father PHIL 2:15 Shine like the stars in the universe

Hindi ba napakataas? Napakataas na liwanag na hindi kayang abutin ng dilim ng mundo. Kahit gaano kadilim ang paligid, ang ating pagniningning ay hindi kayang tabunan nito kung tayo ay namumuhay na sumusunod sa kalooban ng Diyos. Kaya mahalaga ang mamuhay ng may kabanalan. Nagsisikap na makasunod sa nais ng Diyos. Pinapasan ang kanyang Krus, nililimot ang sarili. From glory to glory dapat ang pagniningning. Nobody is beautiful kahit Miss Universe pa kapag madilim. Subukan nyo nang sabihin sa katabi mo, ang ganda mo sa dilim o ang gwapo mo sa dilim matutuwa ba kayo? Syempre hindi, dahil parang sinabi rin nyang prinsipe ka ng kadiliman Again, The Lord Jesus Christ, The Light of the World is already in you. The Light is within you. Matt 5:16 16 In the same way, let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven. (NIV) PATUNAYAN mong nasa iyo nga ang liwanag ng daigdig. HOW?

Habang marami tayong impurities ang liwanag na sumisinag sa atin ay nahaharangan kaya hindi tayo magkaroon ng magandang reflection. Habang ang isang bagay ay transparent, nakakapag reflect yan ng ilaw, pero kapag itim, hindi lumalabas ang liwanag diyan. y The source/giver of light remains eternally constant. y Gusto mong magniningning ang iyong buhay iangat mo ang iyong buhay espiritwal. Col 3:2 Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things. y Taasan mo ang standard mo using God s standard at hindi compromising to the world, your desires should be in line with God s desires. HOW ELSE? 5. Walk in the Light. : love your brothers, forgive freely, do not continue with your sin! THE WORLD needs LIGHT!

The world is so dark, it needs light. It needs YOU! Baguhan ka man o matagal na sa pananampalataya, hear what God says! The world is so dark, it needs light. It needs YOU! You, because you bear/you carry the light of Jesus Christ. You because Jesus called and appointed you to be thelight of the world in place of Him. That is the honor He bestowed to those who believe Him, to those who belong to Him. He shared His identity with you and me! We cannot share the love of God to the world if there is still hatred, discord, division, quarelling, slandering, inside the church! We ve got to crucify the flesh to be led by the Spirit of God. You cannot be light if you are in darkness.

7|Page of 7 Now church, do you need God today to revive you? Is there any sin in your life hindering the glory of God to shine within you. Many are waiting outside just as many are perishing every minute, every hour, everyday! Are you contented you attend worship services week after week yet your life never reflect God s glory because of your sins? Wake up! The hour has come! Jesus Himself declared that the church will be eternally strong that even the gates of Hades shall not prevail against it. We are the bride of Christ! We ve got to arise now to present ourselves to Him a radiant church, without stain or wrinkle or any other blemish, but holy and blameless on the day of His Return (Eph 5:27) Isa 42:1 16 I will lead the blind by ways they have not known, along unfamiliar paths I will guide them; I will turn the darkness into light before them and make the rough places smooth. These are the things I will do; I will not forsake them. (NIV) He says in 2 Pet 1:3 His divine power has given us everything we need for life and godliness through our knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness. My dear brothers and sisters, remember that God called you and chose you to be His own. He is calling out again today, to wash you and sanctify you and restore all your blessings and inheritance as children of God! See from where you have fallen and hear God s voice calling out your name saying I have loved you with an everlasting love, return to me and I will return to you. I will revive your spirit and will strengthen you. Isa 60:19 19 The sun will no more be your light by day, nor will the brightness of the moon shine on you, for the LORD will be your everlasting light, and your God will be your glory. (NIV)
