INTRODUCTION
India is a very populated country our constantly expanding population has required and will continues to demand for good foods and facility but available local companies are not sufficient and also the market holding of the individual company is very small. So we required good company with the big market holding. Indian life style living trend is now rapidly changing to the western culture but the Indian people was are still Indian companies to give them good foods and facilities to live and enjoy the better living life . I was very happy 15th December 2006. Because our third group batch had visited HAVMOR icecream industry. There were 30 students our batch. After taking permission we entered in HAVMOR Company. In company its general manager MR.MATHUR welcomed us. First he have us general information of their company HAVMOR is an ice-cream maker company. Company produces different qualities and different flavors ice-cream and candies. HAVMOR is very popular ice-cream maker company in all over the Gujarat. In HAVMOR Company skilled and technological known employs are there and its location to good etc. Details are given by them are as Bellow.

HAVMOR industry is divided in two types of business;

1) Ice-cream parlor 2) Restaurant

All different flavors of ice-creams and candies in HAVMOR and its all products are easily available in HAVMOR parlor. HAVMOR also started its own restaurant. There are no more but HAVMOR company has stated seven restaurants. So HAVMOR is a very good company which is located in Gujarat.

GENERAL INFORMATION
HAVMOR is the private company with partnership in the management. In the firm the director runs it and it is final by the board of directors.

HAVMOR has so many branches in Gujrat and also in Ahmedabad. In Ahmedabad it has very big considering as far as production and sales. The HAVMOR.pvt.ltd has classified the production and market into two parts.
1) Ice-cream parlor 2) Restaurant

The HAVMOR has two types of the objectives.

It is capital intensive industries. The big machines have mostly done the working of the production and the workers are handling those machines and give the large quantity of production. BRIFE HISTORY AND ETABLISHMENT MR.SATISH. in Karachi situated in Pakistan started HAVMOR industry in 1944.It has two branches in Gujarat. One Ahmedabad and other one is at Baroda. HAVMOR has 33% shares of market mains public shares. So we can say that the owner of the industry MR.PRADEEP CHONA .holds most parts of the capital is owner of the industry?
HAVMOR is started with a few workers early days but now a day it has very good and modern machinery and large number of workers. In the early days HAVMOR has not big market. Holding and networking but now it has good market holding and a big number of ice-cream par lour and restaurant. HAVMOR is very big number of verity in their product. It has good quality management and good market distribution channel for growth of the company.

General Manager of company MR.MATHUR gave the answers of all questions very intelligently. He told us that HAVMOR is a firm of partnership. This company is registered under partnership law 1932. There are no more partners in the company. Company was started by late MR.SATISH.CHONA. Director and its family members and sum friends are partners in this firm. If the management is less and down, their all the work of the industry will be down. This is the direct relationship between management of this paint is also connected with this industry as under.

The production unit of HAVMOR is located at Naroda. The plant spread over 215-30, 00 sq. feet area approximately. It is situated in modern industry estate, behind Naroda fire station. The reason behind choosing such a location is,

Company produces 150 different verities of product and distributes throughout the Gujarat by its annual turnover of RS.30crores it uses 12000 liters of milk daily. Most of industry creative pollution whether it will be water pollution, soil pollution or of any type. The water pollution is negative point of HAVMOR industry. It is the main plant pollution in the process of making ice-creams. So far the problem of polluted water and to omit it. The HAVMOR Company establishes effluent treatment plant.

QUALITY CONTROL
This step is very important in process of making ice-cream because each good have to side facts and disease fact. So thronging this process the final disease facts and solution for them. When the production is really to finish product there are needs for checking of the samples of icecream. In this process they find good quality then they supply the good in market other wise they reject the goods in spite of other goods so this process is very important the process of ice-cream. So about situation we can say that quality checking is one of the most important of checking ice-cream.

When employees require medical treatment. They send the employers at ESI dispensaries. HAVMOR also provides the facilities that it gives uniforms shoes and hand gloves to every worker.

PROCUREMENT OF RAW MATERIALS

Raw-material is the basic necessary for the HAVMOR industry because without raw-material one can not produce or mailed their product. So that raw-materials are the starting point of production for each industry. In the HAVMOR industry raw-material is like dry fruits, milk, sugar, cream, powder, chemical, etc and generally this industry is always located at their place from where it can easily get raw-material. When the raw-material is good, best and better their product is good, best and better of this industry. If their raw-material is in less quantity their production is also in less quantity so that HAVMOR industry gets their raw-material means milk from gayatri dairy. It is also good therefore the HAVMOR product is line ice-cream, choc bar, candy, cone etc also good and better quality and this dairy is near from this industry. So that they cannot affect their cost production is this way their profit is increase. This raw-material is also Effect the profit when their product is also good. So there is inverse relationship between raw-material and product as well as profit therefore the raw-material and the basic necessary for the HAVMOR industry.

Production process:In our industrial visit we visited the different section of HAVMOR Company. We visited the different section like.

First of all in the production process of ice-cream they mix all the raw-material in plasticized where all the help of ammonia gas they cool the raw-material. After this they mixed different flavors and get different types of icecream.

HAVMOR Company also has a one cool and biggest storage in this storage temperature is so less like 25 degree. They stored it in those cold storages. Where ice-cream becomes so cold then there are two workers who are filling the ice-cream into the cups. So, here comes the end of the production process of ice-cream. After this production process this ice-cream going to the distributors to dealers and at last icecream is bought by the customers at a new less price.

The financial department is held by head office and it is situated in relief road under this head office two parts working out.

I can not express the works of making my TRANNING PROGRAM a success and good experience. So I want to give some suggestion that I have some knowledge of the HAVMOR ice-cream. They are as follows; -Company should give advertising in television during the popular serial time. -Company should give free delivery to the, consumer or a big purchaser. -Company should start production out side of Gujarat state. -Company should start the parlors the hospitals and gardens.
