The following apparel is for students and parents. Students can wear these items at school, but they cannot be substituted for the
gym uniform. Parents can wear this apparel EVERYWHERE! Come see the items at Back to School night!
*Jackets & sweatshirts will be embroidered with the St. Elizabeth logo on the left chest and the name on the right. Flannels will be
silkscreened. You MUST indicate on the form the number of items of each size along with the name you would like embroidered on
the jacket or sweatshirt. If a name is not included, the item will come without a name. Flannels do not have names on them.
