IELTS TESTING FACILITIES AT AEO

IELTS is an English Language test that assesses your English Language proficiency of Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking. The University of Cambridge Local Syndicates, the British Council and IDP Education Australia jointly manage this test. There are more than 250 test centers in over 106 countries. This test is not only for education purposes but is also made compulsory for migration to Australia, New Zealand, Canada and other countries.

If you want to take the test, you must get yourself registered for the test date by submitting the completed application along with the particulars mentioned below, to the IELTS Coordinator. (Please download application forms from the website: www.aeo.com.pk) Candidates from Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi should make a pay order from local banks and candidates from other cities should make a bank draft from their cities payable to AEO PAKISTAN (Islamabad, Lahore or Karachi depending on where they are appearing) for Pak Rs. 14,000/- (cash, cheque or credit card are not acceptable). Two recent passport size photographs: 1.5 inch 1.5 inch with light blue background, front view. Photo copy of your ID card. Please bring original for verification. Photo copy of first two pages of your passport. Please bring original for verification. Photo copy of your previous IELTS test (if applicable). Registration is done on a first come first serve basis. Out-station candidates can send their applications through mail/Courier. In case the form is incomplete or the particulars are missing, registration will not be done. After registration if you want to change or cancel your test date please inform the test centre at least five (5) weeks before the test. Rs. 3500 is charged for change of test date. In case of cancellation Rs. 35000 will be deducted as Cancellation Charges. If you inform within five weeks of the test date, no change is possible and no amount will be refunded for cancellation. Date Extension is done once only in some special circumstances. Result/Test Report Form (TRF) The results are announced after two weeks of the test. The results will be sent to you directly through courier service. Please write your correct and comprehensive correspondence address on your application form. Do not inquire about the result till 2 weeks after the test date. Only one copy of TRF is handed over to you. If you have mentioned address details of a particular institution or Diplomatic Mission in your application form (Question no.24 on your Application form) then a copy of your TRF will be sent to that address free of cost) For more details, contact ielts@aeo.com.pk. IELTS EOR (Remark) An Enquiry on Results-remark facility is available for a fee of Rs. 14,000/- (bank draft-pay order) payable to AEO Pakistan. An enquiry on result request should reach AEO Pakistan within 4 weeks of issuance of TRF. Re-marks of the candidates test are done by the IELTS Australia Office and it takes normally 8 weeks for such requests to be processed. EOR fee will be refunded only if the result is changed. Properties of Identification Documents Registration is done only with Valid NIC or Passport, no other identification is acceptable. Candidates from the foreign countries should provide Passport for registration. Photocopy of NIC or Passport should contain clear Picture, Date of Birth, and ID No. or passport number. Photograph should be: Clear passport size (1.5inch x 1.5inch) and most recent. The photograph older than 3 month is not acceptable. Have light blue back ground and front face pose (side pose picture are not acceptable) Photographs with caps, glasses or face covered scarf are not acceptable. Mono colour, computer generated photographs are not acceptable.Should be printed on photographic paper.
