Detailed schedules of enrollment by colleges and/or status shall be set by a separate appropriate administrative issuance. Add-Drop should be done within the first week after the start of classes. 3 For candidates for graduation of Summer, SY 2010-2011. 4 The deadline for distribution of classcards and encoding of grades shall be seven (7) days from the respective schedules of final examination. 5 The submission of grades shall refer to the receipt by the Office of the University Registrar of the final Report of Grades before administrative sanctions are imposed on concerned faculty.
