Ans: Two major problems that is related to business is ignorance of the competitor or lacked in external focus, such as Greene King has to face the huge impact of selling the beer because of ignorance of the competitor, same as changes in taste, quality, late completion of order, shortage of trained staff also be the major problem to run the business, all these problems can be found in Greene King Brewing Company. (b) Ans: Greene King changed corporate strategy. Explain this statement using examples When the Rooney Anand was appointed as a managing director in Greene King Focus on production utilize underused assets like labs of the company were upgraded, training of staff began in every department to taste the beer , no compromise about the quality , Publicans and their staff also trained to sell the beer and advice about storage and handling given to them . are selling religious restrictions there as a result sale of beer and wine prohibited, so these can not be sale vast amount. Taste of the people change; they move to wine rather than beer so the sale of beer goes down same as demand of beer increase in people so the demand of wine goes down. New brand of wine and beer launched by different competitor so the demand of wine and beer goes down because of people move to new product of wine and beer etc. (d) Ans: Evaluate the operation of Greene King using SWOT analysis ?
