What kind of a snake is this? Poisonous, non-poisonous? Can you tell by its eyes and shape of its mouth?

The animal on this page is not a snake but a tiny caterpillar. This animal protects itself from its enemies by its similarity to a snake. When attacked by an enemy, this tiny creature calmly turns its tail towards its enemy and puffs it up. At that moment, a dreadful snake shows up right in the face of the enemy, which has no other choice but to run away and save itself. The caterpillars tail looks so much like a snake that even the sparkle of the eye, within the dark spots that stand for the snakes eyes, is not left out. How did the caterpillar acquire such a trait? Such a striking "design" must unquestionably have a satisfactory explanation. Now, let us examine the scenarios that could be fabricated as an answer to this question: Scenario 1: Many years ago, a caterpillar looking for ways to protect itself from enemy attacks started carefully observing its surroundings. It one day realized that all its enemies are afraid of snakes. At that moment, it looked at its body and decided to make it "look like" a snake. (We cannot provide an explanation as to how it would manage

to make its body look like a snakes, how it would set up its outward appearance, the color of its skin and the shape of its body to look like a snake! Let us say that it would "do its best, force itself and, in the end, do something". It, however, had a very limited time to "change". For it would spend a very short time of its life as a caterpillar, and then it would become a butterfly and fly. Scenario 2: Trees, flowers, insects, the sky, water, rain, sun and, in brief, all powers prevalent on earth united to establish a system for themselves and simply added a tail to the caterpillar within this system! Scenario 3: The great power called coincidence (!) has added a snake-like tail to the caterpillar just as it gave various things to all living beings. One does not have to be very intelligent to see the inconsistencies in these scenarios, all based on a random explosion that brought things together, unguided by chance. Believing in such unguided evolution would be like believing that an explosion in a junkyard could turn scrap metal into toasters and cars that fall down in mint condition! Believe its possible? Of course not! Similarly, assuming that a caterpillar could by chance come to look like a snake, or that the amoeba has evolved into us, the humans, should sound as silly. Pretend you found three bricks stacked perfectly on top of each other. Would you assume that each brick had crawled on top of the other? Of course not! Logically, you would presume that some force-probably some person had placed them that way. Why then, when looking at the creations of this world do we assume that everything came together by chance--with no guidance or Creator. Stop and think about the creations around you for a moment. Everything works in a perfect, harmonious balance. Examples of this perfection abound. The caterpillar that makes itself look exactly like the snake that preys on its enemies, the flower designed to be pollinated by the bee that flies to other flowers of the same species, or the mosquito that has night vision to see the infrared radiation given off by a human. Many people continue to look to science for the eventual explanations to the order in our universe. They argue that we are only limited in our knowledge because science is still limited and it is only a matter of time before science discovers how the entire solar system came into being. They put faith in an unproven unseen that cant explain creation, but only supplies

ideas and formulas. Gravity, for example, can be described by equations and formulas, but can it really be explained? We dont really know why it works. It just does. If you keep asking why scientific theories work, eventually, the answer of we dont know why will come up. What about the idea that existence is governed according to the theory of survival of the fittest? If one were to apply this theory to humans, it would make little sense for a mother to spend thousands of dollars trying to cure her sick child and it would make perfect sense that we dispose of sick parents when they become too burdensome for us. Doing so would help our species become even more fit. Yet instead of sounding logical this behavior only sounds revolting. Why? Look to your own self. Humans have morals, a sense of guilt. How did this became installed in us? We feel a need to seek justice when weve been wronged, and to seek forgiveness when weve wronged others. All humans are conscious of good and evil to some degree. This shows that humankind is not just an animal, but a higher being. Does one think that life can be lived however one pleases, with neither accountability for evil deeds nor recounting of luxuries wasted? Our own moral selves seek justice when weve been wronged, and strive to thank others for favors received. How then, does it make sense that there would be similar accountability in the Hereafter? A Muslim scholar put it well when he said, ...Unless one comes to believe in the absurd idea that a rational being like man has stumbled into an irrational system of the universe, and the moral being, like man, has happened to be born in a world which has nothing to do with morality; he cannot deny the life hereafter.. One of the main reasons people choose to deny a Creator, a religion, and a Hereafter is that in doing so they have to go against their desires. Many people have made their own desires into a god. And while they dont deny the possibility of a hereafter or a resurrection, believing in those things places certain moral restrictions on them, which they dislike. The easiest way to avoid such moral restrictions which are inevitably imposed by the belief in the Creator, is to deny that such a Creator exists. Love and adoration of the materialistic world and headlessness of death lead many people to expend all their energy attaining materialistic benefits,

pleasures and joys and think that if they can attain such things, they will be happy. Likewise, they think that the loss, trouble and grief that one may face in the world should be avoided at all costs, no matter how great a reward it might be worth in the Hereafter. Another dangerous attitude that many people take regarding the Creator is as follows: Fine, there is a creator.. I believe that God exists and that He created me. Now can I go on with my life? Thus one can find an equilibrium in admitting that there is a creator, but then quickly confining Him to a small place in their life. Doing so enables one to continue living however one wants with the comfort that God approves of it all. Upon reflection, one realizes that this attitude is not new. In the past, people used to carve their own God from a stone, formatting its size, shape, height, and dress to their desires. After doing so, they would worship it--the very thing they had created from an idea in their mind. People are doing something similar by defining what God approves and disapproves of and then worshiping Him however they see fit. Furthermore, they speak freely on their Gods behalf saying what they think He feels about different deeds and actions and how He will judge people. Is it really up to a person to decide? Did we decide when to be born? Where to be born? Did we have any power to decide who our parents are? Can we decide when we are going to die? Or how many stars are in our universe? How many atoms are there in our bodies? Didnt you ever have a bad day where everything went against what you planned for? How can a creation incapable of deciding its own affairs be so arrogant to freely decide for their Creator? When you observe a car you find many different parts such as an engine, fuel tank, child safety locks, and a steering wheel. Is it possible that whoever designed all those parts designed them for a purpose while the whole car is designed for no purpose?? Similarly, if you observe your own self you will find that every part of the human body is carefully deigned for a purpose, the stomach, white blood cells, the retina, eye lashes, and so on.. Do you really think that every part of you serves a purpose while you as a whole was created without any purpose? What do you think the purpose of life is? Why were you created? What happens after death? Such are the questions that can only be answered by the One Whom created. For sure He didnt create us and leave us with no guidance. Isnt it time for you to stop and seek answers to such important questions? But where can you find the answers?

Islam is a universal religion that answers all of these questions. The word Islam means to submit and surrender in sincerity to the Creator; hence achieving peace. In Islam, we are told that this life is not a battlefield like the evolutionist think; nor a place of entertainment and play as the materialists think; nor is it a punishment as others think Rather this worldly life is a Test.. And Life goes much more beyond this finite short worldly stage. You might be thinking There are so many religions in the world, how can anyone claim Islam is The right religion? Actually, instead of any Muslim claiming Islam is right, it is better for you to compare all religions with the proper criterion, and draw your own conclusion. What is this criterion? 1) A religion should clearly answer difficult questions such as : Why do bad things happen? Why is there evil in the world? Why is there human suffering? What is our purpose in life? Why are there so many religions? 2)The revelations being referred to should be perfect and accurate, free from mistakes, omissions, interpolations and multiplicity of versions. It should be free from contradictions in its narration and in its original form. 3)The revelations do not contradict scientific discoveries: such as the span of human existence on earth. 4)The revelation should be infallible and not inimitable by man. The revelations are an open book challenging all mankind to see and prove for themselves its authenticity. 5) Revelations contain factual prophesies 6)The main message should be clear and abundant in the text. Simple to understand without relying on others to explain ambiguous statements and hidden meanings. 7) The religion is universal, for all people, places and time. It is as old as the first human being with the same consistent, unchanging message of worship Islam meets this criterion, and even openly challenges mankind in The Quran to find a mistake in it! Isnt it time you search for the truth?. There is one kind of evolution you can be sure IS true! One day your body will be placed into the ground, and it will evolve back to the dust and clay from which it came. This you cant escape! What happens then? Where will you go? Can the theory of evolution explain
