Introduction:
Admission to CIIT is highly competitive, but those who come here will enjoy the benefits of excellence resources, multi-campus environment, and lively and bustling student life. Admissions to various degree programs are open to all eligible candidates without discrimination on the basis of caste, color, creed, sex, religion, or domicile. All admissions regulated on the basis of merit determined by combining the weighted marks obtained in the entrance test, conducted by National Testing Service (NTS) with the weighted marks earned in the previous public examinations. To qualify for admission, applicants must meet the general entrance requirement of the Institute and the requirements of the particular program to which they are considering to apply.

Along with the dually filled form (Original or download copy) attach following documents for submission at Admission off CIIT Wah (by post or visit): 1. 3 P/P Pictures; 1 attested from front and 2 from reverse side. Paste/Staple one picture (attested from front) at the appropriate place available on the admission form and other two (reverse side attested) to submit along with Admission Form. 2. NADRA NIC / Form-B Photocopy (Attested) 3. SSC (Certificate and Marks Sheet) Photocopy (Attested) 4. Affidavit and Undertaking:

Admissions here at CIIT Wah require a set of specific documents, listed and elaborated above at Admission Schedule & How to Apply page. We are providing standard formats of Affidavit and Undertaking, required to submit along with the admission form. Applicant may download the formats from our website, get it printed on Stamp Paper of minimum Rs 10/=, fill in the blanks with appropriate information and the get this Stamp Paper notarized from 1st class magistrate. Such formats and affidavit/undertaking are also available at CIIT Wah Campus Book Shop to facilitate the admission seekers approaching from remote areas. The necessity / reasoning for the submission of these formatted documents are as under: Affidavit Format 1: This format explains the rules and regulations of the campus to which the applicant has to agree. This format is to submit by all applicants applying in BS, MBA, MCS or MS Programs Affidavit Format 2: This Affidavit format explains the fee submission prior information and fee return possibilities to which the applicant has to agree. This format is to submit by all applicants applying in BS, MBA, MCS or MS Programs Affidavit Format 3: This Hope Certificate format explains the terms of provisional admission to which the applicant has to agree. This format is to submit by the qualifying exam result awaiting applicants applying in BS, MBA, MCS or MS Programs Affidavit Format 4: This Undertaking format is confirmation understanding that admitted student will study here at CIIT Wah and he/she will not be allowed to migrate to any other CIIT Campus during studies, till the completion of the degree program. Format 5: Format 5 is to print on the back side of each stamp paper

Admission Test
obtaining minimum 50 Marks in the National Aptitude Test (NAT) offered by National Testing Service (NTS) is one of the minimum criterions to get admission at CIIT Wah Campus. Candidates have option to appear in NTS test/s while registering them selves directly at NTS Islamabad (for details visit www.nts.org.pk). In this case the test will be conducted at the applicants city/town or its nearest vicinity. Otherwise candidate may register at CIIT Wah while submitting the admission form along with the required documents, to appear for NTS Test at CIIT Wah. Please note that the NTS Test at CIIT Wah is only for the candidates, wish to get admission at CIIT Wah. The NTS result of the test conducted at CIIT Wah will NOT be given to candidates to apply elsewhere. This result will be used only for the admission at CIIT Wah. There are different Categories/Types of NTS Test. Classification of Type of NTS Test is based on the following criterion: NTS Test Type --------- Qualification/Criterion The candidate is to select the appropriate category for registration at NTS, Islamabad or/and at CIIT Wah. Online Fee Payment:

1. Candidate is to appear for interview, once his/her name appears in list of merit qualifying candidates. 2. Candidates must bring ALL ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS (the documents of which the copies submitted along with the admission form) for VERIFICATION. 3. Once the candidate gets the admission recommendation from Head of the Department of respective discipline; Admission Office will release the appropriate Fee Voucher to be paid at Allied Bank Limited, Behbood Plaza, The Mall, Wah Cantt. Procedure to pay fee by the Candidates, wish to pay at Wah Cantt (ABL), in person 1. Issued fee voucher contain 4 similar copies. Bank, after payment, will return 2 copies (Paid fee voucher) to the candidate. 2. One copy is to keep by the candidate where as the one copy (white copy) is to submit back to admission office. 3. Candidates Admission will be considered acceptable and confirm, once the admission office receive the paid fee voucher copy. Hostel Accommodation Facility:

CIIT Wah offers the facility of Hostel accommodation to the students seeking admission, here at CIIT Wah Campus. Necessary information relating to avail the Hostel facility is as follows: 1. Limited number of seats on the basis of sharing room and first come first serve basis is available at the hostels managed by CIIT Wah. 2. Boys Hostel/s are at 5 to 7 Km away from Campus with free transport (Pick and Drop) facility. 3. Separate Girls Hostel is available just at the vicinity of the campus, around 10 minutes walking distance and facilitated with free pick and drop transport. 4. Excluding Messing the hostel charges are Rs.12,000/= (Non-refundable, once paid) per semester. Rs. 3,000/= are payable as refundable Hostel Security (payable one time, at the time of admission only). 5. Messing charges are around Rs.2000 to Rs. 2500 per month. Messing is governed and controlled by students and respective mess in charge/s. 6. Highly secured and caring environment is controlled by Campus high-officials. 7.
