Sociology

Sociology is a well known study of society. The cousins of sociology are anthropology, political science, and even to a certain extent history. Many of my relatives studied sociology before. It's an interesting topic, because sociology deals with humanity. How humans interact with each other in a social environment is one out of a myriad of ways in deciphering human social activity. People use sociology to promote the development of human social welfare, to have counseling, to stop crime, to have census, to deal with economic development, and tons of other solutions to the ills of the world. That is why tons of people have degrees in sociology being a popular field of study. Sociology can spread into gender, ethnicity, sexuality, law, the internet, science, social class, and other issues. You can't forget about language in studying sociology, because the use of language deals with the diversity of human culture as well. Sociology definitely studies human social behavior. There are tons of definitions and concepts. There is home modification (this is the adaptation and or renovation of the living environment need to increase ease of use, safety, security, and independence). There are local, state, federal, and volunteer programs that provide special grants, loans, and other assistance for home remodeling, repair, and modification. My mother and one of my brothers knows all about sociology. My mother is a people person and to this day communicates greetings to numerous people of numerous

backgrounds, etc. My father was interested in theology, the Mysteries of life, and so forth. That had an influence on me since I became interested in politics, theology, and the Mysteries of Life as well. I am influenced by mother to be compassionate and sensitive to the needs of people and by my father to show my aggressive, forthright side as a man plus learn about the Mysteries of life. In recent times, there are many cruel people in the world. Even decent men and women that are black, white, Asian, Hispanic, Indian, etc. are frown upon and hated on all of the time (while evil, sick people are glamorized). The lesson is that its not about fermenting more

unnecessary tensions. Its about making solutions among all peoples regardless of class or someones socioeconomic background. Its us vs. the elite basically. Each person brings something great to the table. I believe I bring my knowledge from the streets mixed with intellectual knowledge that can help people.

*This modern post-modern society embraces pretty much wickedness and demonizes anyone trying to do the right thing. When you think deeper, this society is a reflection of the imperialism that occurred yesteryear. The rise of the western world
could not have been possible without massive human exploitation, mass murder, and predatory Capitalism. Thats real. So, the evils we see now is the fruit of the oligarchys evil vision of globalism via terrorism. The same war on terror overtly claims humanitarian intensions, but covertly promotes mercenaries, drone attacks, cluster bombs on people, and other nefarious tactics in getting globalism done. That is all the more reason to not be of

this world. I dont agree with the worlds culture or the worlds philosophies of globalization, omission of truth, love of Secret Societies, materialism, the promotion of anti-intellectualism, or its support of anti-nationalism. So, what we should do is to have a big response against these cruel people. There are so many solutions here. These solutions include the following: to learn intellectually, exercise (including learning self defense skills. Thank God I know how to defend myself as a man), go out and ally with likeminded decent people, build economic growth, and go out and proclaim the truth publicly without shame. We have to stand up to the haters and promote real truth. We know the truth. The truth is that human beings in their different physical appearances are all equal and should be treated with equal dignity and respect. No one should feel ashamed of being of what they are. A person who demonizes a man or a woman is fake and acts in contrary to the actions of a progressive human being. If you want to act progressive, then treat a person as you would want to be treated with zeal and true appreciative altruism. No one is inferior or superior to another human being period. We will have to assert our manhood or womanhood (for those who are women) to eliminate mental slavery and live our lives in focused confidence. We may come from different walks of life, but we are all beautiful. I am black and I am beautiful. The truth is that a lie will never leave forever and you shall reap what you have sown. The truth is that the dynamic power of change to make a better society is a functional goal and believing in real justice for people is an awe inspiring avenue for real success. The truth is that we need not worship materialism, money, bags, clothing, nor tattoos, but the Most High God. The truth is that dynamic action and the elimination of evil, negative stereotypes about fellow people can lead into an awakening of true, positive insight into the ultimate reality (of truth being God. God doesnt judge a person on their

physical appearance, but on their conscious behavior & heart. Morality and persistence toward ethics & tolerance are authentic aspects of Gods holy Nature). I dont need to burn down objects, indiscriminately slander people, and curse to prove that I am man. Yet, if necessary, I will use my God-given right of self defense to promote my God-given rights. So, I will fight either way for justice, economic development, compassion (especially for the poor & the outcast). The victims of the floods, tornados, the persistence of poverty, etc. ought to be cared for. The power to fix the gulf between the super rich and the poor ought to be closed. 43.6 million Americans suffer in poverty now in America. More than 20% of children or one in five children lived in poverty in 2009. The poverty rate in 2009 is 14.3%. The gap between the wealth and the rest of the society is higher now than in 1967. The GINI coefficient (that measures economic inequality) has risen nearly 20 percent since it was first measured in this country. The self absorbed nature of Western country contributed to the recession and high poverty rate in America. The super rich are receiving some of the highest profits in the history of the world. The situation goes deeper. Its a fact that payday lenders exploit minorities and lower income communities. Cultural materialism and economic destruction are plainly interrelated. Social Security has a surplus of 100 to 120 billion dollars annually and other reactionaries still want it to be cut radically via financial looting. A comprehensive a radical approach to fighting against poverty is more than necessary. Its a requirement in order to maintain our real principles in the essence of our society. A radical reform of education should transpire in the scope of U.S. society as well), and true honor plus true LOVE. Without Love, nothing will acuminate into meaningful prosperity or a true born again life. Some men especially in the 21st century want to pay an exorbitant amount of money and wear certain clothing to seek love and romance. Yet, true love (I true love) doesnt come with a price tag or a pay check. If you want true love, you dont need to pay for it. A person should be themselves and act like a mature, strong human being that wants romantic companionship without throwing money around like confetti. If I want to see some rain, I want to look in the window. A real person would care or judge a person on what they look or talk like at all. We have to respect ourselves and not use money as some debt card for respect. A man should never act like a whore in order to submit under peer pressure or seek respect at all. Some of newer generation of young folks wants to spend almost half their paycheck & wear some clown-like clothing just to get romance. If you need to do that, its not worth it. Its worth going out with people that will love you for you. That is why some people need some education in real . I believe in anyone getting their emotional strength or weight up, but we cant be nave. You get respect by respecting yourself, respecting God, and respecting real people. I know what time it is and its time for folks to wake up

(or get the message). We shouldnt copy no one elses total style in my opinion. We have unique talents and gifts, so we should express that to the world without shame. I have no shame of my talents or the essence of my being. There is nothing wrong with getting finances in order & growing economic development, but prosperity gospel lies & materialism only leads to social destruction. That is why we should have income and employment while not scapegoating the poor. The poor arent responsible for the banker bailouts, the Federal Reserves errors, nor the total recession that continues forth in 2011. If the government can spend trillions of dollars in the war on terror & billions to Wall Streets transnational corporations, then they can spend money to promote a guaranteed annual income for all families in America period. This has been supported by Thomas Paine, Dr. Martin Luther King, John Kenneth Galbraith, James Tobin, Paul Samuelson, and more than 1,200 economists in a signed document sent to the U.S. Congress back in 1968. Thats one out of many populist proposals that can develop our nation and its infrastructure. So, I will continue to advocate labor rights, the right to bear arms, and the right to improve our environment. God made a promise that he will come again in the future. He will keep his promise and his coming will bring real peace and joy.

Economic populists for years have said that there are alternatives in creating jobs beyond just the military. We do need a military to protect American shores and not promote the interests of an Empire. I believe in veterans benefits too. Back in 1953, even Dwight D. Eisenhower admitted that a destroyer built can be used in terms of money to house more than 8,000 people. Yet, now, the military devours half the American budget. We have had trillions of dollars poured into the last decade budget and our economy is reeling. The military is the largest entitlement program despite what the Tea party, reactionary crowd may say. It takes half of every tax dollar. Even if our military budget was cut in half or more, we will still have the most powerful military on Earth in America. We have the real unemployment rate that is over 16 percent according to some. There is huge military spending. There are private contractors being hired by the government with no bid contracts that can be waste and inefficient. The deficit hawks on many occasions have had a lust to cut everything, but not military spending. Chalmer Johnson estimated that in 2004 that as high as 40 percent of the Pentagon budget is hidden or secret from public scrutiny. Congress is not allowed to look into that secret budget or haggle over the price. The Democrats rule the military now. The military for a long time have been exploited to be used in a national security state not in the essence of a constitutional republic. Foreign policy today in the U.S. is determined behind closed doors via private interests. The military is used to promote access to cheap labor, oil, markets, and resources. We dont need full spectrum dominance in the world. There are some wasteful and unnecessary military programs getting a pass, because the military has penetrated urban plus rural America. The nation is permanently at war when our industrial base produces weapons of war all of the time. We have a military Empire with over 800 bases globally. Some want the military jobs to be converted to civilian use. This is an interesting proposal set out by Ellen Brown. She wants existing military bases, production places, and laboratories to be turned into industrial parks, schools, airports, hospitals, recreational centers, etc. New factories can produce consumer goods, capital gods, electricity, oil field equipment, construction, etc. This was done after WWII when military transformed into civilian production. The United States Army Corps of Engineers is used to build up American infrastructure like dams, canals, and flood production in

America. According to Ellen Brown, .the Corps of Engineers provides 24% of U.S. hydropower capacity and is engaged in environmental regulation and ecosystem restoration, among other useful projects The late Seymour Melman was the professor at Columbia University. He wrote a lot for 50 years on economic conversion. This conversion deals with the transforming of military to civilian production via military industrial facilities. This conversion action can create more jobs than the war machines have now. The military industrial complex kills jobs in the civilian economy. More competitive civilian endeavors are loss when the military industrial complex grows radically. Its easy to see that a permanent war economy captures engineers, capital, and resources away from civilian production. We dont need a militarization of our computer science, astronomy, math, or other departments like engineering. This is occurring in universities and colleges nationwide via research. We should use these items in a civilian nature. Putting too many resources into military production can cause more deindustrialization. A 2007 study by Robert Pollin and Heidi Garrett-Peltier of the University of Massachusetts found that government investment in education creates twice as many jobs as investment in the military. Spending on personal consumption, health care, education, mass transit, and construction for home weatherization and infrastructure repair all were found to create more jobs per $1 billon in expenditures than military spending does. Much of the budget sent to the military can be better spent. Some of the resources we have should be sent to the productive civilian industry. August Comte (1798-1857) was a modern innovator in the study of sociology. Emile Durkheim developed positivism as a way to create social research. Positivism is about using the scientific method to understand how physical and human events happen. Ancient Greece and even the present age have used the positivist approach. Positivism believes that human sense, experience, and positive verification can cause humans to understand real knowledge. Positivists want to test scientific knowledge. Empiricism is easily the theory that only views sensory experience not rationalism that knowledge can be achieved among the human race. Hegel criticized positivism as too mechanical, deterministic, and uncritical. Hegel wanted experiences to be critiqued or evaluated not just documented. Sociology can branch into education, the st environment, economics, and other topics. In the 21 century, of course, sociology deals heavily in family, socioeconomic factors, gender, and sexuality. In our time, we deal with all of these issues like political issues and socioeconomic issues. It isnt a secret for example that excess debt and deflation (or the decrease of the general price level of goods and services) can contribute to the existence of a recession. Also, the anti-union radical ethos is the agenda of fascists. That is why Adolph Hitler, Mussolini, and Franco crushed unions. This is why Africa, Asia, Europe, Australia, and America have had a long history of respecting the existence of unions. That is why Scott Walker from Wisconsin is one the wrong side of history via his aggressive attacks on collective bargaining. With the recent news, the world is rapidly changing. So, in our lives we can go forward and promote the truth and believe in true justice for all human beings. We have to deal with the real world and be acquainted with the facts. The fact is that tons of people of every color want the best for society and desire to seek legitimate reforms around the globe. Certain true education is important to build up intelligence, perspective, insight, and character among people in general. We cant allow ignorance to be glorified at all.

No human being is unwarranted. It is right to have human compassion and a sense of justice sent to all of peoples worldwide.

In genetics and sociology, there is the term of haplogroup. A haplogroup is a group of similar haplotypes that share a common ancestor with a single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) mutation. Scientists use a SNP test to confirm a haplogroup. Scientists use haplogroups in letter number combinations like R1b1. Y-chromosome and mitochondrial DNA haplogroups have different haplogroup designations. Haplogroups pertain to deep ancestral origins dating back thousands of years. Scientists involved in genetics study mostly the Y-chromosome (Y-DNA) haplogroups and the mitochrondrial DNA (mtDNA) haplogroups. Y-DNA is listed from A to T (with the subdivisions of numbers and lower case letters). The Y chromosome haplogroup designations are formed by the Y Chromosome Consortium. Y-chromosomal Adam is the name given by researchers to the male who is the most recent common patrilineal (male-lineage) ancestor of all living humans. The Haplogroup L type consists of nearly all Africans. There is overlaps among Y-DNA haplographs and mtDNA haplogroups as well. In simple terms, haplotypes are one person's results on various DNA test. Y-DNA is passed down from a father and mtDNA is passed down from a mother. Both can be used to find genetic populations and their spreading from one generation to the next. Scientists have traced the mitochondrial DNA in all living humans back to a single female, and similarly, genetic markers in all males in the world today can be traced back to a single male. Different populations carry distinct markers. Haplogroup classifications are based on identification of genetic markers which a population of individuals share, passed down from an ancient but common ancestor. Scientists said that Haplogroup A (in Y-DNA) houses the first branch off from the root of the human y-chromosome phylogeny. The Haplogroup A is mostly in Africa and a handful of cases have been reported in Europe and Western Asia. However, haplogroup A's oldest sub-clades are exclusively found in Central-Northwest Africa. There is the Flynn Effect. This is when the average IQ levels of all human beings have been rising up by about 3 points every 10 years. This means that each generation is theoretically smarter than the previous one in terms of IQ levels. Better nutrition can improve upon IQ levels as well.

Sociology naturally deals with controversial issues. One such issue is affirmative action. It was controversial when I was growing up in the 1990s and its controversial now. The reality is that reactionaries dont know that much about what affirmative action is all about. According to a Century Foundation study from a few years back, for every student of color who benefitted at all from affirmative action at a selective college there are two whites with lower scores and grades than the average, but who were admitted anyway because of family connections or parental alumni status. Corporations run mostly by white folks in the USA receive far more taxpayer largesse (in the form of subsidies and specialized tax breaks) than all poor folks combined, let alone the poor of color. Programs to help citizens receive opportunities from the Homestead Act to the G.I. Bill have manifested in American history not out of a product of some quota, but to stabilize the essence of American cultural ingenuity. According to a national study by the GAO (or the General Accounting Office), there is information about scholarships. The information reads that less than 4 percent of scholarship money in America is represented by awards that consider race as a factor. According to the study only 0.25 percent or of 1 percent of all undergrad scholarship dollars come from awards that are restricted to person of color alone. Therefore, many people who arent of color can have 99.75 percent of all scholarship funds out there for college. This study was made in the mid 1990s and the numbers might be less since today, there is an extreme, silly, and abhorrent backlash to affirmative action. Tons of people color doesnt receive the benefits of race based scholarships. Only 3.5 percent of college students receive any scholarship even partly based on race (receiving a small part of the financial aid picture). So, minority scholarships have little influence in the total realm of higher education finance, yet reactionaries want it all gone. These scholarships for minorities are used to fight against racism and other issues in America not to promote tensions. Programs for the poor in lower socio-economic backgrounds from the Appalachian mountain region and other places are fine too in giving them hope and an opportunities to improve their basic standard of living. There are still issues of class and race in America that we need to get solved. Therefore, discussions of these issues are necessary in order to end obstacles based on race (for racism can psychologically harm students even now if its not fought against correctly) and class. Its truly obvious that we need compassion in terms of welfare programs, our immigration issues solved rationally, and affirmatively giving opportunities to human beings. Pell Grants and government subsidies for higher education are key ways to assist low and middle income Americans as well. Socioeconomic diversity in universities is a plus to develop the basic student composition. Tim Wise is correct to point out that schools can add class to considerations to admission along with race. This can transpire the recognizing of obstacles faced by people of color, those from across the socioeconomic scale, and give additional opportunities to economically struggling white people. Such a supplemental approach would, according to Espenshade and Radford, substantially boost the numbers of low income white students on elite campuses, and would even provide a modest bump in the numbers of people of color on campus. My views are controversial and you dont have to agree with me of course. Although, as human beings we should always believe that anyone has the right to vote, hold jobs, live in any neighborhood that they desire too, and be free from oppression or a form of injustice. That is why as time goes on, hopefully more folks will be progressive and develop human society even further.

Kurt Nimmo is once again wrong on the Tea Party issue. He falsely says that the Black Caucus wants to incite a racial war as a means to oppose the views about Tea Party Americans. Thats a lie. You can disagree with the Tea party and this disagreement has nothing to do with agitating racial conflict. I dont agree that every Tea Party person wants to lynch people, but some of their views are archaic and wrong. Al Green, Frederic Wilson, Maxime Waters, Cedric Richmond, and Andre Carson should just criticize the Tea Party on the facts alone. The facts speak for themselves about that party. People like Nimmo talk about the race card, but they ignore Sean Bell, they ignore the necessity of the Civil Rights Act, and they ignore white supremacy. People have across the political spectrum have criticized the Tea party. Just because someone criticized the Tea Party, doesnt mean that a person is some brainwashed neo-con or a political establishment figure. I dont believe in war mongering. Nimmo equates the government promoting legitimate resources to help human beings suffering as a magical ATM, which I find false, repulsive, and disrespectful. People are starving to death and the people have the right to receive public and private assistance in extreme circumstances. Nimmo is a hustler for Austrian economics. Nimmo intentionally omits the fact that from 1945-1975, there was a radical decrease in poverty, an increase of employment, and a growing of manufacturing due to government intervention (plus private assistance) not Austrian Economics. The liberalization of economic policies and the trickled down economic system has contributed to the recession that we have witness in our present time of 2012. Legitimately protesting the policies of the Tea Party is a part of the First Amendment. There is nothing wrong with having a handle on the federal government (in terms of preventing it from harming our civil liberties, foreign policy, and legitimate issues). Its wrong to just eliminate the social safety net under the guise of reducing the power of the federal government. The Constitution gives the government the right to tax, to build infrastructure, to build roads, and to have a post office. Nimmo lies about wealth redistribution. For decades, wealth redistribution has benefited the super wealthy. Corporations have record profits, the super wealthy pay record low taxes, and there is record income inequality worldwide (not just in America). Agent provocateurs may be at some Tea Party rallies, but many Tea Party people are funded by the Koch brothers and corporate leaders. Nimmo is slick since yes we no longer live in a society that is equivalent to the antebellum South, but the prison industrial complex (that oppress people now), police brutality, discrimination, and white supremacy are still here in 2011. I dont believe in hating or viewing another ethnic group in evil terminology, but I will defend my people against slander & oppression though. The Tea Party havent promoted a radical program at all to help poor Americans (like having a minimum annual income, ending the war on terror, have tax breaks to built jobs in America, infrastructure development, investments in apprentices, etc.). Racist white people need to know that just believe black people unite and promote unity-based organizations doesnt mean that this is racism. Racism is about the belief of inferior races not groups promoting the legitimate interests of black people. They have no real program to help the poor and they have the nerve to claim to be some savior for us the people. The global elite use liberal and conservative establishment puppets, but justice isnt about austerity (but a radical change in our values and policies to benefit everybody in the

socioeconomic classes like the poor). Many Tea Party people in Congress have supported the Patriot Act. I have no problem with being against the policies of the FED, being against bank bailouts, the illegal wars, and corporate welfare. Yet, I dont believe in depriving human beings of basic human needs or human services. There has been a lot of talk about ALEC. ALEC is part of the Left/Right Paradigm just like Bilderberger George Soros. ALEC stands for the American Legislative Exchange Council. This group supported the Stand Your Ground laws and the evil voter suppression efforts. Coca Cola is one company that didnt support ALEC. I dont support ALEC for its blatant support of anti-voting efforts in various states of America. Eleven other companies have done the same (or severed ties with ALEC). They are called Pepsi, McDonalds, and Kraft. Corporate interests still support the ALEC agenda. ALEC is in league with many Republican leaders as well. ALEC historically has been so extreme that back in 1978, they tried to oppose a constitutional amendment to give the District of Columbia to have full voting rights in Congress. Even CNP-connected Larry Pratt was elected to the Virginia State Legislature in 1981. In that year, Pratt was in the leadership position in ALEC. Pratt once allied with the blatant Knight of Malta Patrick Buchannan. Buchannan is a paleo-conservative and said bigoted remarks about black people, Jewish people, etc. Recently, ALEC ends its guns and voter suppression task force. More people have supported the group like Iowa Republican State Rep. Ralph Watts. Watts is a proud member of ALEC. Twenty-one Iowa lawmakers are ALEC members, according to Progress Iowa, including House Republican Leader Linda Upmeyer, who serves as ALECs national second vice chairman. ALEC is known for its undisclosed corporate funders and memberships. It remains secretive about the tax-exempt organization. Yet, one thing is one my mind. It's fine to expose the reactionaries. Yet, the policies of the current administration: like the drone attacks in Somalia plus Pakistan, the Patriot Act existence, the administration's support of the Supreme Court upholding of strip searches by the TSA, the support of Big Pharma, and the agreement with the corporate bailout of Wall Street banks should be opposed too. The Democrats are just as much responsible as the Republicans for supporting an evil commission that wants to gut basically Social Security (when Social Security is very successful and has a huge surplus). Therefore, it is morally right to oppose racial profiling (including the NYPD's policy of stop & frisk, which is a clear violation of the Fourth Amendment. Bloomberg is wrong to support this policy and the profiling of Muslim American citizens too), the prison industrial complex, and the disparities in our criminal justice system. Now, when I write about Democrats and Republicans, I do realize that some Republicans and Democrats are trying to do the right thing to their nation. It's just that the leaderships of both parties are financially controlled by the corporate oligarchy.

I don't believe that homeschoolers should be prosecuted at all. Yet, many people in the European home education movement have suffered incorrect policies indeed. One homeschooling father from Sweden and one German mother cried since they were in exile. They refused to stop homeschooling, so they had no choice to leave their respective nations. This doesn't mean as the extremists promote that we need to destroy all forms of public education. It means that we should have educational freedom in the world. Public, private, and home schools all should be respected and defended. There is the Global Home Education Conference or GHEC held in Berlin,

Germany. This meeting brought about 200 homeschooling leaders, policy makers, parents, human rights activists, and pro-family forces. They came from the four corners of the world. They want to unite as a means to promote the truth that parents have the right to direct the education and upbringing of their children. Parental rights when dealing with educating children are universally recognized nearly. Even the controversial UN's "Universal Declaration of Human Rights" concedes that: "...parents have a prior right to choose the kind of education that shall be given to their children, as more than a few activists at the conference have pointed out. Jonas Himmelstrand is the chairman of the GHEC and he's the President of the ROHUS or the Swedish Home Education Association. He lives in exile in Finland. He is a homeschooler refugee after the Uppsala municipality adopted a restrictive view on homeschooling. This process began even before the national government passed a law purporting to ban home education in 2010. Himmelstrand left Sweden, because officials threatened his family with fines and other retaliation by social services. He left. We cannot live with the fear of the threat that our children will be taken away, Himmelstrand told GHEC attendees, explaining his decision to escape from Sweden after the family received a letter from social authorities calling the parents and child to a meeting. The moment we got that letter, we knew the move was close. Himmelstrand feels a huge relief while homeschooling his kids in Finland. He knows dozens of other families that fled too and some are members of the ROHUS board. Some live in the Finnish Aland Island. It is wrong to have this persecution to go on. In Sweden, there was an appeals court victory in favor of a Rabbi and his wife to educate their children. They must appeal to the Supreme Administrative Court still. If the Supreme Administrative Court agrees with this permission, thats going to create a conflict within Sweden where at least the politicians are going to have to start thinking about it, Himmelstrand explained, careful not to sound too optimistic. If not, were back to square one. It's fine to have social democratic principles. Yet, we need religious freedom and educational freedom as well. One female German home educator and civil rights activist named Dagmar Neubronner cried and promoted freedom. Other bordering nations of Germany allow homeschooling. This is a common sense issue. The right of education, homeschooling, and religious freedom are basic human rights. It shouldn't be relinquished or ended at all.

*Dr. Kings 1967 address in Chicago at the National Conference for a New Politics describes his goal of economic justice. Professor Thomas Jackson's book FROM CIVIL RIGHTS TO HUMAN RIGHTS: MARTIN LUTHER KING, JR AND THE STRUGGLE FOR ECONOMIC JUSTICE express information about this issue as well. Its certainly not the poor or minorities that didnt create ghettoes, segregation, or other crimes against humanity. It has been cartel-capitalism, deindustrialization (or the industrial and manufacturing jobs which allows one to support and sustain families and a stable life), and other realities that have caused damage to our economic system. Not only has this reality harmed our economy, but our family cohesiveness and

communities since especially the 1960s (via the Vietnam War & a lack of support for real antipoverty programs). This chaos has grown via COINTELPRO and the war on Drugs. We have to have revolutionary and human values instead of the corrupt values of nihilistic, worldly culture. We need to adhere to the discredited philosophies of the corporate plutocrats (who are responsible for numerous crises). We dont need a watered down health care package or a tepid national reconstruction program. Gitmo and the Middle Eastern wars are still occurring now. Some even want a moratorium on evictions and foreclosures. A true man and a true woman must have the backbone to stand up for righteousness, stand up for justice, and not worry what negative people may say about this person. That is why we should end bank bailouts, fund our social safety net, and end the war on terror as we know it (that caused deaths worldwide in the millions).

Political theories have a big deal with sociology. There is political realism. Realism is about wants national interest and security over ideology, moral concerns, and social reconstructions. Realism is the use of power politics in achieving what is needed. Realist thinking is similar to the concepts that are Niccolo Machiavelli's work "The Prince." Some use realism to promote the state interests over ideologies. George F. Kennan, Henry Kissinger, Zbigniew Brzezinski, and others believed in a form of realism. George Kennan is something else. One of my Cold War history professors supported him and now I know the real truth about him. Kennan was pro-Pilgrim and pro-establishment in his political outlook and his views. He worked for the State Department. George Kennan graduated from Princeton and was a British admirer. He wrote his famous document for the State Department in 1950. He agreed with containment or that you can only contain Communism without active engagement of Communist people militarily. He wanted straight power concepts instead of Americans to at least talk about human rights, the raising of living standards, and democratization. This was the beginning of the Cold War. Before Roosevelt died, he wanted the U.S. to support the Nationalist Chiang, while the British were more sympathetic towards the dictator Mao. There was the World War II Cairo Conference. It was held between President Franklin Roosevelt, Prime Minister Churchill, and Generalissimo Chiang Kai-shek. It ended on October 26, 1943. The Cairo Declaration was signed in November 27, 1943. It stated that the Allies would fight Japan under Japan expressed unconditional surrender. The 3 main clauses of the Cairo Declaration are that:

"Japan be stripped of all the islands in the Pacific which she has seized or occupied since the beginning of the First World War in 1914", "all the territories Japan has stolen from the Chinese, such as Manchuria, Formosa, and the Pescadores, shall be restored to the Republic of China", and that "in due course Korea shall become free and independent. Eleanor Roosevelt had a positive relationship and a positive correspondence with Madame Chiang Kai-shek.
FDR and Chiang agreed that after the war to not allow the UK to have their colonial holdings and preferences in Hong Kong, Canton, and Shanghai. This angered Churchill. Chiang didnt totally trust America or the Soviets, but want to use both to his advantage. Franklin D. Roosevelt: a rendezvous with destiny is a book written by Frank Burt Freidel. Frank wrote that Franklin Roosevelt wanted to reform and reinvigorate China and elevate to the state of a great nation. This status in FDRs mind could fill the void of the Japanese defeat in the Eastern Asian region. Roosevelt didnt want French imperialism in Indochina (or modern day Vietnam,

Laos, etc.). Franklin Delano Roosevelt wanted a trusteeship to prepare Indochina to have independence in 20 or 30 years. Behavioralism deals with using the scientific method to handle human behavior. Constructivism is interesting. Constructivism believes that anarchy is made up of states, but people can use politics to change the anarchic nature of the system of states. In learning constructivism is about the theory that humans can generate knowledge and meaning from an interaction between their experiences and their ideas (in education, Seymour Paper, Jean Paiget, and others have believed in constructivism in terms of dealing with education). In education, there are plenty of theories in dealing with education. There is behaviorism and cognitivism. Behaviorism (or the view that the learning of child can influence its behavior. The environment can shape behavior, and reinforcement can increase the like hood that an event will be repeated. Classical conditioning and operant conditioning is done to promote conditioning in human beings or animals) was developed mainly by B. F. Skinner. It has been promoted by people like Edward Thorndike, Tolman, Guthrie, and Hull. The behavior sciences deal with many topics too. The fields involve psychology, social neuroscience, and other traditions. I am forever the optimist, so I do believe that life will be better. By Timothy
