My family used to love only one kind of fish - fresh trout caught in the morning and breaded and fried for dinner. Now they also enjoy Tilapia fillets (#5466). Ive found two melt-in-your-mouth ways to fix them that are a lot more healthy than frying. I bake both ways on the Commercial Cookie Sheet (#4020) lined with Parchment Paper (#1153) for easy, quick clean-up at 425 F for 12-15 minutes. Option 1: Smear a bit of mayonnaise on one side of the frozen fillet and sprinkle with Leahs Lemon Pepper (#1022). Bake. Delicious. Option 2: Brush a bit of olive oil over both sides of frozen fillet. Coat both sides with a mixture of potato flakes, Kraft Grated Real Parmesan Cheese (#1683) and Paprika (#1697). Bake. My absolute favorite steak in the world is the Holten Flat Iron Steak (#6044). It is so easy and just melts in your mouth when you eat it. We found our favorite way to prepare it is to oven bake (from frozen state) for about 25 minutes, take it out and sear it in a hot skillet - 1 to 2 minutes per side - then let it steam on a tinfoil covered plate for about 8 minutes. 3 C. AP Old Fashioned Buttermilk Pancake Mix 12 oz. beer ( or soda) 3 Tbsp. butter, melted Combine pancake mix and beverage and mix well for about 30 seconds. Pour into greased loaf pan. Drizzle melted butter over top of batter. Bake at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes.
