The air assault made by Israel on 6th Sept. 07 on Deir ez-Zor region of Syria had shown their irresponsible attitude and behavior toward the International Peace Policy adopted by the UN and every nation in the world except Jerusalem and their concurrent.. This assault should be treated as a big threat to the equilibrium of the world peace. Peoples Republic of China is strongly condemning this assault made over Syria. According to the assaulters, they have suspect of Nuclear Weapon Assembly Factory in the concerned region. The assault made by Israel on the neighbors is not anew matter at all. It is the perfect fact that Israel is unable to solve the regional problem in the mid-East Asia. Instead of making such unnecessary assaults, Peoples Republic of China suggests them to solve the matter peacefully. But Jerusalem must take immediate and required interests and regarding steps in order to proceed further for this problem. Jerusalem is unnecessarily blaming North Korea in this matter. Peoples Republic of China is not at all denying the help made by North Korea to Syria in Nuclear Technology. The nature of this help is mere financial social improvement of Syria. This is all only on the basis of the treaty made by those two nations in 2003. The intension behind the targeted one and the other two power plants was to make them self- reliant in energy field rather than providing Nuclear Weapon Technology. Jerusalem is also giving the proof of secret operation made by them in the Syria. The concerned operation is at all a part of suspicion. Jerusalem should verify their so called daring secret operation as they might be knowing the failed operations of KGB as well as FBI and CIA in the duration of cold war. Peoples Republic of China is suspecting indirect American hand behind this matter. It is known to the entire world that United States of America is trying to capture the entire oil region in the Mid-East Asia .This event is a proof that USA is using nation like Israel for their own selfish, hypocritical politics of Oil in Mid East Asia. By this USA is trying to avoid integration of Arab Countries to make their interests successful. By this assault, USA as well as Israel are attacking on sovereignty of Syria. So Peoples Republic of China is hereby requests the UN General Assembly to take strong actions against these belligerent nations so as to make a strict land mark regarding unnecessary assaults over any nation. The entire world had seen the belligerent attitude of USA during the Gulf War in 1991 as well as Iraq war in 2004. The USA and their concurrent are responsible for the misery of Iraq due to post war consequences. Its the ethical responsibility of those nations to make Iraq resettle. The entire world knows the cultural, historical background of Syria. Peoples Republic of China strongly feels that nations like Syria should not be pulled into the selfish politics of USA and Israel to make it same or worse than Iraq.

If it does so or situation become worse and worse for Bussan and Damascus; Peoples Republic of China will not have any option except to think over the VETO.
