FLOWGROUT 40
High strength, free flow, non-shrink cementitious grout
BENEFITS < Prepacked and factory controlled, ensures consistency in supply, requires addition of water to develop a free flow, non-shrinking and high strength gaining grout. < Material shrinkage is offset by expansion during green condition and later on by maintaining original volume. < Self leveling by nature. < Easy placement and filling of underbases of machinery. < Non - metallic and chloride free. DESCRIPTION FLOWGROUT 40 is a single pack ready to use, high strength, free flowing, non- shrink grout. FLOWGROUT 40 is a blend of specially processed cement and special fillers, free from corrosive substances and additives. It is suitable for gap widths between 10mm to 50mm. 25 Kg of FLOWGROUT 40 will require 4.75 Litre of water (W/P=0.19) for flowable properties of water and 4.25 ltrs of water (W/P=0.17) for pourable properties. For mixing the grout a paddle attached drill is required.
Curing : Within 8 hours of grouting, areas must be cured for a minimum of 7 days period. TYPICAL STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT

brickwork and masonry. This allows the ready consolidation of structures and prevents water and salt ingress thereby obviating freeze-thaw damage and rebar corrosion. Compressive Strength : 750 kg/cm at 7 days USES FLOWGROUT EPLV is used for injecting in cracks of concrete brickwork and masonry. Also used for base plate grouting with narrow gaps of <10mm diameter. PACKING AND COVERAGE FLOWGROUT EPLV is supplied in 5 kg pack consisting of Base and Hardner. The coverage of FLOWGROUT EPLV is very much depends on the depth and extent of cracks within the substrate.
FAIRADD
plasticising / high water reducing properties as well as positive expansion. USES < Ideally suited for grouting and in-filling where a nonshrink, free-flowing product is required. PACKING AND DOSAGE < Available in 200 gm sealed plastic container/pouch. < Dosage: 200gm per 50 kg cement giving yield of about 25 ltrs.
ANCHORGROUT
High strength, thixotropic, polyester grout
BENEFITS < High and rapid strength gain < Vibration resistant < Corrosion resistant < Extremely durable < Weather resistant < Fast setting and self curing. < Ideal product for hole grouting having diameter max 25mm & min. 4mm. < Designed for use where the gap between the hole and bar is 12 mm or less.
DESCRIPTION ANCHORGROUT is a two part, pre-measured blend of polyester resins, with selected graded fillers, which when mixed, offers a high strength, fast setting, fast curing grout of thixotropic consistency. Designed for the anchoring of steel bars and bolts into concrete, machinery and brickwork. The typical axial pull out strength is around 48 N/mm. Compressive strength: 1 day - 60 N/mm; Ultimate - 85N/mm USES ANCHORGROUT can be used for : < Anchoring of bolts and permanent installation of reinforcement doweling and starter bars, foundation bolts, base plates, hand rails, safety fences, wall tiles,
<
railway tracks, tie back anchors and grout for tower cranes. Due to its thixotropic nature ANCHORGROUT can be used in vertical, horizontal and overhead situations where the hole diameter exceeds the bar diameter by not less than 4 mm and not more than 25 mm.
