DESCRIPTION
FAIRFIX GLUE is a polyester based two component, catalysed adhesive. It is two part powder and resin, which will be mixed and form a paste. FAIRFIX GLUE adhesives are remarkable by their very fast initial cure (10 to 30 minutes). It has excellent adhesion to rigid materials and can be applied for fixing marble, natural stone and terrazzo.

APPLICATION METHOD
SURFACE PREPARATION All surfaces must be sound, clean and free from loose particles. All traces of oil and grease must be removed with FM DEGREASER. MIXING The base and hardener (aggregate) components shall be thoroughly mixed together using a stiff spatula or a slow speed drill with paddle attachment, until a uniform colour has been achieved. APPLICATION After mixing the base and hardener components , a 2-3 mm thick bed of FAIRFIX GLUE should be spread with the help of trowel and grooves should be shaped zig-zag using a scrapper. Marble should be fixed keeping line and length in to consideration. Excess material should be removed before the material is set. Joint grouting (FAIRFIX TG) commenced 12 hours after laying of marbles. may be HEALTH & SAFETY FAIRFIX GLUE is non toxic. However, splashes on the skin should be washed well with water and if contact with eye occurs, wash well with water and seek medical advice. CLEANING Tools and equipments should be cleaned with SAFECORE TOOL CLEANER.

PACKING AND COVERAGE FAIRFIX GLUE is available in 500 gms., 1kg and 5kg pack. 1 kg pack will give a coverage of about 4-5 sq. ft at 2mm thickness.

SHELF LIFE & STORAGE FAIRFIX GLUE has a shelf life of 6 months in unopened containers when kept in dry conditions at a temperature between 5C to 35C. Storage at higher temperature or high humidity may reduce shelf life.

Our Other Prepack Concrete & Mortar Range of Products :

FAIRFIX TA : It is a prepack mortar product of cementitious type tile adhesive and widely used for the adhesion of ceramic tiles. This can also be used for the adhesion of tile on tile. Depending on the requirement of consistency, precise quantity of water is added in FAIRFIX TA (Generally water powder proportion is 1:3) Coverage : Approx. 5 to 8 m at the recommended thickness of 3 to 4 mm. FAIRFIX TG : It is a hardwearing, water resistant, cost effective grout for filling joints in exterior and interior walls, floor tiles, mosaics etc. upto 5mm width, excellent adhesion to unglazed surfaces, does not shrink when dry, low cost service life and available in different colors. Coverage : Approx 30 running feet per kg. with 2 mm width of joints. FAIRSCREED TA : Three pack, epoxy based low odour chemical resistant tile adhesive, with good gripping to surface. Applicable for vehicular & pedestrian traffic. Coverage : 25 kg. covers 2.6m at 4 mm thickness.

FAIRFIX UNDERLAYMENT : Is a free flowing, self-leveling compound specially designed for easy application over concrete floors as an underlayment for subsequent placement of floor coverings. It is suitable for use as a repair and leveling course and may be applied at thicknesses from feather edge to 50 mm.
