Basic Competence 5.2 and 6.2 Respond and express meaning in the simple monologue text which using spoken language accurately, fluently and acceptable in many daily life contexts in the text : recount, narrative and procedure and to accesses the knowledge. Make two groups 2. Playing game Go & Finish with shake a dice which is lead by the chief of each group. 3. When the member of group stops at the box and there is a picture, so he or she must make a sentence in past tense form. While the other members note it in the Students Worksheet. 4. When the member of group stops at the box which is written notice CARD, so he or she must takes Yes No Card and make a question sentence in past tense form. 5. When the member of group stops at the box which is written notice GET ONE MORE TURN, so the group get one more time to shake a dice and play a game. 6. When the member of group stops at the box which is written notice BO BACK ONE BOX, so the group must go back one box. 7. When the member of group stops at the box which is written notice JAIL, so he or she enters a jail and not allow to shake a dice and play game. 8. The group which arrives at the box FIHISH earlier will get reward. Create a written recount text by choose 5 pictures in the game box

THE MATERIAL My Sweet Experience I woke up at about five oclock yesterday. It wasnt a regular day, because I was about to propose a girl. After praying and taking a bath, I had my early breakfast. At about nine oclock I was in my office but my soul wasnt there. I was thinking about the lines that I had to say her. At one oclock, I had my lunch but I wasnt enjoying it either. So, I practiced the lines to almost all girls I met at my lunch. Yes, I was a little bit crazy. Finally, it was three oclock. I remembered all my lines. I wrapped my works and got ready to pick her up and of course proposed her. I met her at four oclock, took a little walk and went to a movie. At seven, we had a romantic dinner. I thought it was the perfect time to ask her to be my wife. Then I said the lines that I practiced the whole afternoon. She smiled. I reached my pocket to get a ring and put it around her finger. Then she said Yes. After driven her home I went back to my house. I was very happy.

THE MATERIAL RECOUNT TEXT A recount text is a type of spoken or written text that deals with past experiences. The Components of recount text : Social Function : to retell events for the purpose of informing or entertaining Generic Structure 1. Orientation 2. Events : provides the setting and introduces participants : tell what happened, inwhat sequence

3. Re-orientation : optional closure of events 1. Generic Features Focus on specific participant, A word indicating a specific agent not general. e.g. he, she, the man, the woman, the girl, etc. 2. Use of material processes, Verbs that show activities which can be seen such as write, eat, walk, etc. 3. Circumstances of time and place, Adverb of time is a word or phrase indicating when the event happened. e.g. last week, after lunch, on the first day, etc. Adverb of place is a word or phrase indicating where the event happened. e.g. in the yard, in the court, etc. 4. Focus on temporal sequences, A word or phrase indicating order of event. e.g. next, after that, before that, etc. 5. Use of Past Tense The second form of verbs. e.g. walked, went, did, said, forgot, had, threw, etc.

The Game Board is used to place of Team Foam. : First, sticks or hangs Game board on the wall / board, divide the students in to two group. Then the chief of each group will shake a dice and then put team foam on the Game Board. 3. *). Name *). Cost *). Use : A Dice : Rp. 500,: To play game Go & Finish. The Dice is used to determine where the Team Foam place. And to determine how many time each group walks on the Game Board. *). How to Apply it : The chief of each group lead to play game Go & Finish. Each member of the groups shakes the dice by turn. To gives sign that the member of each group which is shook the dice must makes a question sentence.

: When the member of each group shakes a dice, and the chief moves the team foam. When the team foam stops in box of the game board which is written Card. So the member must takes a Yes No Question Card and makes a question sentence.

: Team Foam : Rp. 500,: To play game Go & Finish. Team Foam is thing which is used to move in the game board after each member of groups shakes a dice. Each group has difference team foam. Group one has team foam number 1, and group two has team foam number 2

: After the member of each group shakes a dice, and the chief moves way the team foam as much as the number in the dice.

Notes : Media : A Dice, Game Board, Teams Foam and Yes No Question Cards are used to play Game Go & Finish. Game Go & Finish has many functions. They are : The students are able to practice a teamwork in their team. The students are able to make sentences in simple past tense form based on the picture which is in the box of game Go & Finish . . The students are able to create a recount text based on the picture which is in the box of game Go & Finish .
