I would prefer to take part in Poster Drawing Contest because I am good at drawing. My friends say that my drawing is very neat and beautiful. The contest will be held at the school hall which is just a walking distance away from my house. Besides that, I dont have any important things to do on that day. So the date suits me well. On top of that, if I win in this contest, I will get RM 300 and it is a lot some of money. I am pretty sure that I stand a chance to win in this contest.

I would prefer to take part in Singing Competition because I love singing. My friends say that I have a lovely voice and I sing like a professional singer. The contest will be held at the school hall which is just a walking distance away from my house. Besides that, I dont have any important things to do on that day. So the date suits me well. On top of that, if I win in this competition, I will get RM 300 and it is a lot some of money. I will also receive a participation certificate even if I dont win anything. However, I am pretty sure that I stand a chance to win in this contest.

Last Saturday, Ahmad and his friends visited his cousin in Kampung Melewar. It is located quite far from his house. A week before, his cousin, Jalil, had already invited him to come to his orchard. Early that Saturday morning, Ahmad and his friends took a bus to Jalil house. It took them three hours to arrive at Jalils house. Jalil was very glad to see Ahmad and his friends. Jalil invited them into his house. After breakfast, Jalil took Ahmad and his friends to his orchard. After a few minutes, they finally arrived at the orchard. It was clean and well taken care off. Ahmad and his friends were very excited to see many types of fruits on the trees. There were rambutan, langsat and durian trees in the orchard. They stopped near a rambutan tree and it was full of ripe rambutans. One of Ahmads friends started to climb the tree and plucked the rambutans. The others helped to pick up the rambutans that had fallen on the ground. Later, they enjoyed themselves eating the juicy rambutans under the tree. At about 2 p.m., they went back to Jalils house. They had their lunch there. Before they left, Jalil gave each of them some fruits for them to take home. He had already packed the fruits in a few plastic bags. Ahmad and his friend were very happy to receive the fruits. They thanked Jalil for his great hospitality. They took a bus home at 3.30 p.m. They went home with happy feeling.
