The Officer is required to take single point responsibility to create the rolling 3 years production plan (Week wise), ensure timely kit availability, finalise and execute Jig loading plan, Equipping and Ground Testing Plans. He will conduct surprise inspections and also arrange for similar inspections and checks by his assistants. He will create effective vigilance informant network in his area of responsibility. He will also assist the HOD (Vig) in the work done by the Vigilance staff. He will carry out other duties as entrusted to him by the HOD. AGE LIMIT & RELAXATION Age is to be counted as on 01.07.2011. Experience is to be counted as on the date of release of advertisement. Reservation / concessions for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/XSM & PWD categories would be made as per Government Directives. Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years in respect of SC/ST candidates and 3 years in respect of OBC candidates. Relaxation will be extended as per rules in respect of Ex-servicemen/ Commissioned Officers/ECOs/ SSCOs who have rendered at least 5 years of Defence service and have been released on completion of assignment. REMUNERATION Selected Candidates will be appointed in Grades mentioned above. Besides Basic Pay, Variable DA, Company Accommodation / HRA, PF, Gratuity & Performance Related Pay would also be admissible as per the entitlement to the officers in accordance with the company rules. Candidates are required to write their particulars in the Challan wherever asked. Candidates are required to provide the details of Application Fees paid in the ONLINE application form. If details are not provided, the application will be treated as incomplete and will not be accepted. HOW TO APPLY

Applications should be submitted strictly ONLINE only by logging on HAL Website www.hal-india.com. Applications will not be accepted in any other mode. The website will be kept open between 1100 hours on 15.06.2011 till 2400 hours on 30.06.2011 for this purpose. Candidates are allowed to apply only once and Application once submitted cannot be altered under any circumstances. On submission and acceptance of application, system will generate the Registration / Acknowledgement form along with the Application reference number allotted, which will be used for future references.
