Long term: - The family shall have planned and prepared nutritious and well-balanced meal and continued to comply with the health teachings regarding nutrition.

- Sit with the family and plan sets of food for a whole week that is compose of a balance diet - Cite some cheap nutritious foods that can serve as substitutes for expensive ones

- Teach the family on proper food preparation (ex. do not overcook vegetables)

- Encourage daily exercise especially for Pacman

- Refer when necessary to health center
