WORK EXPERIENCE:

Working with American Express (AESCI Pvt. Ltd.) since February 07 till date American Express (AESCI Pvt. Ltd.) Lead Analyst HBM- Consumer Card Service Group (Credit Specialty Group) (April 10 till date)

HBM team is responsible for monitoring of new and existing card members with high balances. This role is a part of risk operations team responsible for the reviewing card members of U.S. region with high spending capabilities. The team maintains strong working relationships with the SDN Business as well as NY Risk, Credit Risk Utility, Global Institutional Risk Management, Compliance officers. Roles and Responsibilities:
Mitigation of Loss through thorough analysis of High Spending Card members & Corporate Client portfolios. Assessing risk through information obtained from external & internal sources. (e.g. OneSource, Hoovers, Moodys, Stock Market, News Articles, Financial info, etc.). Conduct Spend Analysis, Delinquency Trends & Analyze market behavior. Provide NY Risk with feedback & solutions for better Client Management. Reporting of process performance through presentations to in-house leaders & also to US based leaders through Webex, Video or Voice Conferencing. Responsible for preparing the training module for the team. Working closely with the manager on preparing the process map.

(January09 till March10)

Being a Mentor, handled a Team of 10 Mentees, sharing best practices with them for stimulating, coordinating and evaluating their performance and outlining opportunity areas comparative to their targets & the team average to encourage healthy competition. Monitor performance and prepare the review and document feedback for the practice exercise. Conduct weekly one-on-one coaching sessions with the mentees. Prepare the Individual Development Plan for the new hires on weekly basis based on the performance of the learner. Taking analytical decisions and identifying operational issues; and handling the same via conference calls. Assisting the Team Leader by preparing MIS and other corresponding reports.

Accomplishments:

Received Best TRQ Scores as a temp trainer for the process. Got feedback for Mentees, which was Highest in the Mentor Group (June08 till March10)

Been a part of double review team & was responsible for analysis of Customer ProfileAccounts & Industry behavior to assess Fraud & Credit Risk. Filter Out possible fraud losses & escalate for further questioning & actions (Probable Money Laundering & Legal prosecution). Partner with World Wide Risk Information Management Team, Senior Leadership team to assess trends & changing behavior of possible Credit Bust Outs (CBO) over weekly conference calls. Analysis of customers financial documents, taxes (Individual and/or Business), bank statements, Paystubs & other financial documents to determine Fraud & Credit Risk. Been the Team Quality SPOC for the data quality. Besides, was also responsible for updating the Team Members about the latest communication to maintain the quality standards. Been the Team Captain for the team & was responsible for the teams performance & matrices.

Drive the various SPOC activities along with the accounts manager.
