President A.

) Job Objective: The president shall be the chief executive officer of the corporation and shall also have administration and direction of the day-today business affairs of the corporation. B.) Duties and Responsibilities

a.) To preside at the meetings of the Board of Trustees and of the stockholders in the absence of the chairman of board of directors. b.) To initiate and develop corporate objectives and policies and formulate long range, projects, plans and programs for the approval of the board of trustees including those for execute training, development and compensation. c.) To have general supervision and management of the business affairs and property of the corporation. d.) To ensure that the administrative and operational policies of the corporation are carried out under his supervision and control e.) Subject to guidelines prescribed by law, to appoint, remove, suspend or discipline employees of the corporation, prescribe their duties and determine their salaries. f.) To oversee the preparation of the budgets and the statements of accounts of the corporation. g.) To prepare such statements and reports of the corporation as may be required by of him by law. h.) To represent the corporation at all functions and proceedings. i.) To execute on behalf of corporation which require the approval of the board of trustees, except as otherwise directed by board of trustees. j.) To make reports to Board of Trustees and the stockholders. k.) To sign certificate of stock l.) To perform such other duties as are incident to his office or are entrusted to him by the board of trustees.

The president may assign the exercise or performance of any of the foregoing powers, duties and functions to any other officer(S), subject always to his supervision and control.

Vice President A.) Job Obective To assist the president in overseeing the corporate affairs of Davao Doctors College and perform such duties as may from time to time be assigned to him by the Board of Trustees. B.) Duties and Responsibilities 1.) Attends regular and special meetings of the Board of Trustees and the executive council. 2.) In the absence of the President, performs functions ordinarily done by president. 3.) Advises the president on matters relating to business and finance which have bearing on school operation. 4.) Does other duties as may be assigned by the president. C.) Relationship Reporting to the president.

Human Resource Director

A.) Job Objective

The HRD assumes the responsibility of developing a comprehensive and balanced personnel program. Programs to be designed must be geared towards improving employee morale, enhancing employee skills. The HRD sees to it that personnel management program in the institution is implemented and efficient communication system with the administration is immediately carried out. B.) Duties and Responsibilities 1.) Administers and manages the DDC human resource department covering recruitment, personnel development and training, employee welfare, wage and salary administration and labor relations. 2.) Conducts orientation sessions for newly hired personnel. 9.) Attends to personnel grievances related to work. 10.) Employs strategies for a complete up to date management information system of personnel. 11.) Conducts performance appraisal of the employees with the supervisors. 12.) Finance Director

A.) Job Objective:

To direct and supervise the activities of personnel directly involved in the recording and posting of transactions into books of accounts, to ensure the timely preparation and submission of accurate financial report to management.

B.) General Duties and Responsibilities 1.) Supervises the work of the accountant, bookkeeper, cashier, payroll clerk and accounting clerk. 2.) Monitors the school budget. 3.) Recommends the formulation, amendment and adoption of accounting policies and procedures that will facilitate accomplishment of duties and strengthen internal controls. 4.) Oversees the overall process in the maintenance of students subsidiary ledgers. 5.) Ensures efficient and effective means of serving the students and other school clientele. C.) Specific Duties and Responsiblities 1.) Updates daily cash position report and monitors balance of sufficient for daily school disbursements. 2.) Checks daily collections and summarizes cashiers income. 3.) Checks the accuracy of students assessments by year and course. 4.) Verifies unpaid accounts before the end of every semester and reports to the president. 5.) Signs student clearances every end of semester. 6.) Approves debit/credit memos and other student ledger adjustments. 7.) Checks, verifies and signs cash disbursement vouchers, account payable vouchers, and journal vouchers. 8.) Checks accuracy of payroll journal and payroll register. 9.) Reviews and checks monthly financial report and other accounting reports neede by management. 10.) Monitors expenses within approval budget.

11.) Prepares accumulated schedule of expenses with comparative figure of the approved budget and verifies material variances. 12.) Consolidates budget proposal from each department and prepares the annual budget. 13.) Signs the statement of accounts of students with educational plan and other school clientele. 14.) Checks monthly/quarterly reports submitted to various government entities. 15.) 16.) Checks cash advance liquidation reports. Assist external auditors in the conduct of interim/annual audit.

Director for Academic Affairs

A.) Job Objectives: Primarily responsible for setting/aligning the direction of academic group and overseeing all academic related operations of the school. B.) Duties and Responsibilities 1.) Work with the rest of the directors in attaining the VMG through proper planning, organizing, staffing, directing, controlling, budgeting, monitoring and evaluation of other academic related matters across the 3 colleges and 5 department of the ancillary services. 2.) Direct, suipervise, monitor, and evaluate the college dean and head of ancillary services relative to their duty and responsibilities.

3.) Plan, monitor, evaluates the implementation of the various curriculum programs in coordination with the 3 college deans and head of ancillary services. 4.) Institute programs/projects for enhancement of instruction and curriculum. 5.) Represent DDC in seminars/conferences/assemblies. local and national

6.) Spearhead establishment of linkages with other schools to offer graduate program for our facility. 7.) Plan and spearhead the preparations for opening of new programs. 8.) Initiate and organize programs for continous faculty and staff development instruction, research and community extension. 9.) Interview job applicants for faculty and staff positions in the academic departments. 10.) Coordinates with the heads of other department for the planning and implementation of institutional policies and recommend various concerns for approval as member of executive council. 11.) Formulate/reformulate institutional policies for approval and give recommendations to address academic concerns as member of the executive council. 12.) Plan and spearhead preparation relative to the accreditation of various programs as chair of task force accreditation. 13.) Monitors compliance to and implementation of recommendations as chair of task force accreditation. PACUCOA

14.) Direct, supervice and monitor alumni coordinator relative to her duties and responsibilities. 15.) Oversee the day to day operation of the alumni office.

16.) Formulate policies on alumni matters in coordination with the alumni coordinator and DDCAA officers for approval by the BOT. 17.) Act as a liaison between management and the DDCAA on alumni issues and concerns. 18.) Approve academic related concerns that are written in policy.

19.) Recommend approval of academic related concerns that are outside of regular policy. 20.) Submit reports as required by the president.

Director for Administration for Business Affairs

A.) Job Objective The director for business affairs is responsible for supporting the academic mission of the institution by undertaking and managing the financial well being of the school including continuous improvements of appropriate of the respective departments under him.

B.) Duties and Responsibilities

1.) Develops plans, strategies, proposals and recommendations in the business operation of the school including business analysis needed to meet its objectives. 2.) Develop and implement appropriate control procedures and guidelines to facilitate business operations 3.) Provides assistance in the preparation in the areas of fiscal management and reporting. 4.) Directs, evaluates, trains the heads/supervisor of the following department and improve their respective functions as the need arises. 5.) Supervise and administer institutional purchasing in accordance with the policies established by BOT. 6.) Oversees in the negotiation of prices, evaluation, compilation anddistribution of specifications for quotations and bids. 7.) Maintains library brochures and catalogs with appropriate records of suppliers. 8.) Manages and Evaluates the technology systems of school operations 9.) Develops and improve information system of school based connections and other communication system 10.) Plans and manages appropriation of supplies and inventories in the schools operations. 11.) Responsible for the effective and efficient record keeping of the properties and business records of the school 12.) Helps in maintenance of the overall security of school.

13.) Design and implement short term and long term strategies to promote the services of school. 14.) Improve and develop advertising opportunities and establish public/media relations. 15.) Assist bookstore operations and initiate continuous improvements to generate profit. 16.) Benchmark industry standards for effectively minimize cost and expenses related to bookstore.

17.) Prepares and submits necessary reports on new or ongoing institutional projects. 18.) Other duties as may be assigned by the pres/vice president of the school.
