Executive Summary After graduating from ASU I have a very particular set of skills to help me succeed. I want to eventually use these skills to become a project manager in a manufacturing setting. I have evaluated many jobs and different types of people who have these jobs and reviewed the qualities they have and I need to get the same positions. I have also evaluated my we presence and where is needs to be. As of now its really needing some work.

The Future Professional MeI would like to be a project manager in some sort of manufacturing industry. I would like to do this because I like this particular industry and think that its a great place to work with constant needs so the industry will not die any time soon.This type of career is endless, you can work from a basic position to a senior position all the way to a higher management or eventually CEO position. When hiring for this position employers are looking for people with experience in the eld for one. Another thing they are looking for are people with communication skills to bridge the gap between employees with different skill sets.

It is for Apple computers which is one of the best companies in the world. I would love to work for Apple on this level because it is the leadership type of job I want and has the compensation necessary to make a happy employee. It is for a sales position with Igloo the cooler company. I would use this job as a stepping stone in the company. I would get to know the products then use that knowledge to be the best project manager they have.

This job would be an easy transition for me from my current internship. It is with a company that uses lasers for medical uses. I would be able to bring great knowledge and strengths in the industry. It looks like I would be in charge of a new project they were starting which would be great because I could start and build my own team.

This individual doesn't have any technical training like the others but he has business training. This can help with the business aspects that may not be able to be learned on the job where the other tech can be learned thru experience. He has multiple years experience high education.

The Current Me I don't know if I happy or not about the search results. I didn't really come up anywhere. Both search engines I was only found once for different things. I personally don't want to be all over the internet at this point in my life. I assume down the road as my professional career progresses I will want to have a strong search prescience because I will be a desired employee with a special skill set.

Conclusions: Bridging the Gap I have many strengths but my best strength is my ability to adapt. In life and in business you are given problem that you need to solve and overcome. I have a natural ability to adapt to these and x the issue in part to school and a good disposition. My next best strength is my outgoing personality. I like to talk to people. This is a strength because it gives me a ability to build good relationships. With these good relationships I can solve problems easier delegate tasks and so on where someone will not be able to do this successfully. With strengths comes weakness. My biggest weakness is my experience. To get a great job you need to have experience in the area you wan t to lead. This is a issue with most college graduates, to combat this I am willing to take a intro job rst to gain

the experience necessary. My other weakness is my knowledge. I need to expand my knowledge database so I am able to adapt to work environments.
