I. Mission Statement A. General Objective 1. To lower the production cost of Industries in Cavite, Laguna & Batangas specially those who belong to the Semiconductor and Electronics Industry in the Philippines and Break the existing high price MONOPOLY of few brands in the supply of small electronic tools by supplying low-priced but good quality electronic tools. We believe that lowering the production cost of the Manufacturing Industries in the Philippines will further enable them to remain competitive and profitable resulting to job security and higher benefits for the Filipino workers. 2. To be a Profitable Manufacturers Representative Company for us to continue serving our clients, principals, & employees B. Specific Objectives 1. Lagunastar Industries Company is a small Manufacturers Representative Company founded in the Philippines in 2009. It traces its roots in 2006 as the Philippine Sales Agent of Shenzhen Hansin-Hanstar Electronics Equipment (China) & becomes the Exclusive Distributor of its HANSTAR brand of Electronic Tools in the Philippines. We locate our sales office in Santa Rosa City, Laguna where the key personnel comes from & because of its proximity to its main clients: the electronics factories. The company specializes in distributing and selling HANSTAR brand of Soldering Stations, Soldering Tools & Replacement Tips, Anti-static Products, Ionizers, ESD safe supplies, Optics Products, Instruments and Meters and etc. The Company insists on the principles of Low Cost, Get the Job done . Since 2006 as Hansin-Hanstar sales agent, it has gained a reputation of supplying low cost but gets the job done electronic tools & replacement parts. In an era of cost cutting without sacrificing quality works, we are steadily gaining more & more industrial clients around the Philippines. In 2009-2010, because of our desire to further serve our clients, we become the Manufacturers Agent of CHEERMAN a company specializing in the development & Manufacturing of Infrared Thermometers. In 2010, since we aim to help our buyers get the hard to find items they need in their production & testing facilities, we are also now promoting other well-known electronic tools brands like ANYI (Calipers & Linear Measuring tools), SUNDOO (Torque & Force Testing Equipment), & VESSEL (High end anti-static tools & Industrial Bits from Japan). And as part of our social & environmental responsibility, since 2008, we are selling good quality MERCURY FREE Digital Body thermometers & Automatic BP meters where we sacrifice profits to make it more affordable so that common people can afford them & let them enjoy the benefits of digital electronic tools at the same time eliminating Mercury in our environment
