Mentor shall take care of the IT infrastructure of SDC and maintain/administer systems. 2. Mentor should play a wide variety of role in SDC. She/he should involve not only in mentoring the students, but should be actively involved in SDC administration assisting the Coordinator 3. Mentor should be capable of running SDC activities even in the absence of Coordinator. 4. Mentor shall get self motivation through the SDC activities and work with passion 5. Mentor shall take up any work/assignment given by the Principal/ Coordinator related to SDC activities 6. Mentor should maintain punctuality in taking classes related to Analytical Skills and record exemplary character 7. Mentor should actively involve in sensitizing the students to get admit into SDC. Eligibility Criterion Essential : 1. Any Candidate with B.Tech/ MCA/M.Tech/Msc(CS)/Msc(IT) with 55% marks (Second Class) from any recognized university/Institute in India (Completed before 01-07-2011) 2. Should have good professional communication skills and soft skills

3. Should be able to handle computer center with Server with virtualization, Workstations and Desktops of advanced configuration independently
4. Should have knowledge of networking 5. Age should not exceed 35 years as on 1st July 2011 Desirable : 1. Passion to work with commitment 2. Intuition to work in a Training Environment 3. Ready to work 24/7 4. Should have organization skills Terms and Conditions 1. Willing to work any where in Andhra Pradesh 2. The service of the mentors will be purely on contract basis for a period of one year and renewable based on the performance 3. Accept the job profile 4. Rs. 25,000/- per month (Fixed) honorarium will be paid 5. One month notice period shall be given in the case of withdraw from job, otherwise one month honorarium shall be returned. 6. Shall deposit original certificates with the SDC Monitoring Cell, O/o CTE in case of selection 7. If any Information Furnished by the candidate is found false, his candidature will summerly be rejected at any Stage.
