Justification The practice on the Hygiene in the community is a factor that considers a persons wellness. If a person has bad hygiene definitely it will have a physical and psychological effect on the person. It can also be a factor or a start from any illnesses present in the community such as colds, cough, skin disease, cavities and more. This hygienic practice determines the condition of a person. According to our survey 55% of our participants didnt teach their children the proper way to cover their mouth during sneezing or coughing. We have rated it as moderately modifiable since the problem can be reduced, eradicated or controlled but then the problem is how to change the attitude and custom of people in terms of their incorrect hygienic practices that has been carried out in their entire lives. We have rated it as highly preventive since the effects of poor hygiene practices are easily manage by proper sharing of knowledge and good management. According to our survey questionnaire, the participants see the problem as an urgent community

Justification Nutritional status determines the increase or decrease morbidity in the world. Nutrition status is important in our life. We need to have good nutrition in order to be productive in our daily living. Every human being needs to be healthy in order to survive. According to our survey 14% of the children are malnourished. 6 of them are underweight while 1 is overweight. We have rated it as highly modifiable since the problem can be reduced, eradicated or controlled. Nutritional problems may be changed by providing knowledge on the healthy food and healthy alternatives especially to those participants in the poverty line. We have rated it as highly preventive since malnutrition can be easily changed by proper diet or nutrition intake and it can be easily evaluated. According to our survey questionnaire, the participants see the problem as an urgent community concern and expressed their readiness for change.
