Task 1

Analysis of the VMGO Every institution particularly schools has their own Vision, Mission, Goals and Objectives, and these can be specially stated through levels. Department goal which are amplification of institutional goals as they apply to specific levels of instruction. Each department within university has their own goals and objectives depending on their field of specialization. These goals and objectives are being discussed to students for them to be aware and to be a part of attaining these goals. Basically, department goals are based on the vision, mission of the school. School programs reflect and implement school purpose. These programs are means of carrying out the school mission and vision. As teachers, they can help attain the goal of education department by giving quality education to students. When high percentage of the population of the students pass the LET, this means that the department achieved their goals which is " to provide highly skilled, academically excellent students". In addition, conducting extension services of the said department with the help of the school administration to help to achieved a purpose of building a harmonious relationship between the school and community. The process of achieving the mission, vision, goals of an institution is interdependence with the different organization and staffsoftheschool.

Task 2
Curriculum is the sum of all learning content, experiences and resources that are purposely selected organized, and implemented by the school in pursuit of its peculiar mandate as distict institution of learning and hiuman development. One of the contents of the features of the curriculum is " What do teachers teach in terms of knowledge, skills and attitudes? ", based on my field of specialization, teaching English is not simply a collection of facts. It is a discipline of thinking about national solutions to problems after stablishing the basis facts derived from observation. It is hypotizing from what is known to what might be and then facts. In teaching KSA to the students, I need to know their own characteristics and learning styles to know their ideas on how best they can learn. Knowledge is sometimes labeled as the products of english. It generally refers to facts, concepts, principles, laws and theories.I can apply knowledge to the students in knowing their characteristics, needs, and their levels of maturity that fits on their own learning environmen. In doig this, the students become highly motivated and have curiosity and desired to learn enhanced . The leaners will learn to discover and organized the information that the results in knowledge that is more easily remembered and recalled. The skill is knowing how to learn is must for everybody and is the key in aquiring new skills and sharpening the ability to think through problems. It open the door to other learning.Study smarter - not harder.A secondary benifit of learnng how to learn is that it empower's the learners ability to develop a measurable task repeatedly.
