SEE RELATED CASE #178208Y. THE RP STATED ON 7-7-11 AT 4:11 AM SHE CALLED THE COMP ON HIS CELL PHONE AND THE COMP TOLD HER THAT HE WOULD BE RIGHT HOME FROM 3116 S HARWOOD ST. THE RP STATED THE COMP NEVER RETURNED HOME AND SHE WAS UNABLE TO REACH HIM THROUGH HIS CELL PHONE. THE RP CALLED POLICE IN THE LATE MORNING OF 7-7-11 AND MADE A "WANT TO LOCATE" REPORT REGARDING THE COMP NOT RETURNING HOME. AFTER THE RP MADE THE REPORT, SHE WENT TO 3116 S HARWOOD ST. THE RP STATED SHE WAS ASKING INDIVIDUALS AT THE LOCATION ABOUT HER HUSBANDS WHEREABOUTS AND EVERYONE AT THE LOCATION WAS GIVING HER CONFLICTING STORIES. THE RP STATED THAT WHEN SHE WAS LEAVING THE LOCATION THE WIT FLAGGED HER DOWN AND TOLD HER THAT SHE HAD SEEN THE COMP. THE WIT TRAVELED WITH THE RP BACK TO THE RP'S HOUSE. THE RP CALLED POLICE STATING THAT SHE HAD NEW INFORMATION ABOUT THE COMP NOT COMING HOME. THE WIT STATED ON 7-7-11 AT ABOUT 4:15 AM SHE SAW A MAN THAT SHE BELIEVED TO MATCH THE DESCRIPTION OF THE COMP, GIVEN BY THE RP, LEAVING 3116 S HARWOOD ST. THE WIT STATED THE COMP WALKED OVER TO HIS GOLD CHEVY 4-DOOR IN THE BACKYARD OF THE LOCATION AND UNLOCKED THE DOORS WITH THE VEHICLE'S REMOTE. THE WIT STATED SHE OBSERVED UNK SUSP 1 COME OUT FROM HIDING BEHIND THE COMP'S VEHICLE AND POINT A SILVER HANDGUN AT THE BACK OF THE COMP'S HEAD. THE WIT STATED UNK SUSP 2 CAME OUT FROM HIDING ON THE PASSAGER SIDE OF THE COMP'S VEHICLE. THE WIT STATED UNK SUSP 1 STATED, "NIGGA, DON'T MAKE ME KILL YOU". THE WIT STATED THE COMP GOT INTO THE DRIVER'S SEAT OF HIS VEHICLE, UNK SUSP 1 GOT INTO THE LEFT REAR PASSENGER SEAT OF THE VEHICLE AND UNK SUSP 2 GOT INTO THE FRONT RIGHT PASSENGER SEAT OF THE VEHICLE. THE WIT STATED THAT THE COMP DROVE THE VEHICLE AWAY FROM THE LOCATION IN AN UNK DIRECTION. RO TRANSPORTED THE RP AND WIT TO CAPERS. THE INVESTIGATION WAS TAKEN OVER BY DET AHRENS #8193. THE RP AND WIT FILLED OUT WRITTEN SWORN AFFIDAVITS FOR DET AHRENS #8193. END OF ELEMENTS
