Justification A serious health threat requiring immediate action as it is a contributing factor to the other aspects of the clients problems.

A health threat not requiring immediate action; feasible interventions and family resources are available to be utilized to help the client cope with the problem. A health threat needing immediate attention and management that would lead to potential intent on violence and may harm other family members.

Pain and fever related to dengue

After 1 week the client will be able to minimize drinking beverage until he can fully quit drinking alcohol. y The client will understand the dynamic of codependen ce. The client will identify coping behaviors/co nsequences of choices/acti ons. The client will demonstrate /plan for necessary lifestyle changes. The client will take action to change selfdestructive behaviors/alt er behaviors that contribute to the clients
